ZillowVERIFIED We used Gina based on a strong recommendation from our friends, who bought their dream home for a less then dream home price. We then bought the perfect home for us at a great price, and I have since recommended her to my family when they start looking. Pros: Client based - is willing to work the way you want to work Easy to get a hold of. Excellent response time Strong communicator- not only with her client but with all the other people that buying includes (and it is a lot)We were in a unique situation of not needing to buy a house immediately (though we wanted to). We liked searching online, finding places that we would then get excited about and drive by. Because we were hands on this part, we felt 1) that an agent wouldn't have much to off and 2) that an agent would be impatient and try to move us towards houses faster then we wanted.We were very wrong with Gina. She listened to what we wanted, and how we wanted to go about the search. She then set up an alert system that worked great! It brought us houses that we hadn't thought of, but that worked great for our criteria. She was patient while showing us houses, and patient when they weren't quite what we needed. When we finally found a place that we liked, we had some miscommunications with our lender. He was from a big bank, and we were not the largest of loans, so on his end, we kind of fell through the cracks a bit. Gina was able to get everything back on track, and running smoother then I could have imagined (and smoother then my friends and family could believe).
