ZillowVERIFIEDSo happy with my experience with the team! Even during COVID they were able to arrange tours (safely!). And, with their help was able to have an offer accepted on a house that had 5 other offers on the table. Utilizing their portal for all of the paperwork submissions was a great experience.

ZillowVERIFIED I am pretty suspicious and untrusting of anything relating to sales by nature and so Gil had to really earn my trust. In the end, he and his team went above and beyond to get my family their first home for a price we could afford, and with some extras thrown in. Totally would recommend Gil and his team to anyone that needs an experienced realtor or broker! Thanks for your help we LOVE our home!

ZillowVERIFIED Gilbert Torres and his team were great. As a first time home buyer they made the experience as stress free as it could be. Our realtor Joseph Garcia was amazing. He was able to answer any and all questions we could possibly come up with and explained each step of the buying process as we went through it. ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Exclusive Realty and Mortgage was fantastic. I'm a first-time home buyer and thanks to my agent, Saara Torres, and her colleagues, including Gilbert Torres, and their staff at Exclusive Realty and Mortgage the purchase process was as stress free as it can be. Saara and Gilbert's knowledge, professionalism, and diligence was on full display from the start of our relationship and throughout the purchase process. As a first-time home buyer, I had several questions. They thoughtfully answered each of them such that I felt like they truly had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend Exclusive Realty and Mortgage to anyone looking for a solid real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Gil and his team really has everything dialed in from start to finish. He knows the area well and stays up on market trends. You can always get ahold of someone via phone, text, email. Even after hours. He assisted me with a purchase but I will also be using his team for a sale when the time comes. I highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer me and my wife were extremely nervous about finding a realtor we could trust. We are pleased to say we found one! Gill and his office treat you like family and ALWAYS have your best interest in mind. Gill has proven he is not in the business to make a quick buck, by being involved in the community he serves! I are am very thankful for his service and recommend him to all my friends and family!! He has helped us purchase or first home and continues ( 4 years later) to stay in touch. I hope that this review helps you. If you are looking for a business professional that's treats his clients like family, Gill Torres is your man.

ZillowVERIFIED Gil is an excellent negotiator. He saved me some money by getting me good lenders credit. I was amazed how that credit lowered my closing cost. His office were there to help me processed my loan in a timely manner or yet quickly. Definitely, if I will buy a house again in the future, I will be using his service again. Thank you.

ZillowVERIFIED It's been a real please dealing with Gil and his team. In 2011 Gil helped me in a successful short sale of my home. Now Gil and team sold my girlfriend's house and got us into our new home in August/Sept of 2014. Gil was always very professional and worked hard at showing us houses in West Sacramento that met our criteria. He was great in getting us pre-qualified, listing the girlfriends home and selling that house in a relative quick time in order for us to get our new home. We must say "Thanks" to Gil and his great Team.

ZillowVERIFIED Gil provided excellent service to my husband and I and helped us find the perfect home for my family. He was assertive and an excellent advocate for his clients. I very much appreciate his willingness to be available to show me homes with the limited time frame I had to work with. He is top notch.

ZillowVERIFIED Gil and his staff were incredible!! They were responsive, caring, ethical and proficient. For the first time during the process I did not feel the need to check and double check everything. I have had four other experiences with home loans and I now see what was missing with the others. I thought my situation was pretty basic but as usual something unpredictable came up that could stopped the entire process. With Gil's experience he was able to smoothly get the problem resolved and complete the loan ahead of schedule. Gil will do all of my loans in the future!!

ZillowVERIFIED Gil Torres came to my rescue when he agreed to come to my condo to hear what I wanted to have happen. I was under water and drowning and didn't know what to do or where to go. Gil took the reins and gave me confidence that everything would turn out good. He had several proposals for me to look at as far as selling the home, and my being able to move forward. In no time, after the listing was published, we had more than one offer! Putting my trust in the hands of Gil was a great decision. The stress was lifted. Gil and his staff treated me as though I was the most important client they had and I was grateful. I still am. I recommended Gil Torres to my best friend to sell her home and he did in record time.

He and his team were very responsive and kept us informed through the process of getting our house sold. Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Over the years we have probably sold/purchased over 20 homes. Gilbert Torres with The Executive Team in West Sacramento, Ca. was by far the best all around real estate company we have ever worked with. Gilbert sold our home in West Sacramento in 2011 (in a terrible market) expediently, at a good price and very effectively.
