He listened and understood what we wanted and what our budget was and wasted no time in giving us any and all information we asked for or had questions about and right away was able to show us properties that from what we discussed would best fit our family needs. He was so wonderful with our girls during the whole process and took even what they wanted for a new home into consideration which was adorable!! Whether it was a property I was looking on the North, South, or West side of Chicago he knew the key differences of the markets and advised me what type of offer we had to submit to have a chance of closing. I was very impressed. Process Expertise- As a first time home buyer, I was initially very nervous about this monumental step in my life. However, throughout the entire buying process, I felt like I was always ahead of the curve because of Gilbert's advice and attention to detail. He was very thorough about what step was next and if I still was confused about something, he took the time to explain it to me in a way I could understand. Responsiveness- 5 STARS!! Gilbert responded to me almost immediately and I never had to hound him about anything. He never took more than 24 hours to get back to me. Negotiation Skills- Gilbert's ability to get the inside scoop on a property combined with his knowledge of the market made me feel like I always had the edge on other buyers. Even if we didn't bid at a higher price, Gilbert knew what to put in our offer to make it more appealing. It is for this reason that I have recommended him to all of my friends and family!

He stayed in constant communication with us both via email and phone and was very flexible and easy to work with when scheduling showings around our work schedules. He helped us find a place that met all of our needs and wants, is close to work, close to our families, in a safe and ideal neighborhood with many restaurants, grocery stores, and transport options. He took care of all the communication with the property owners and met us on move-in day to hand us the keys with a smile. He was always friendly and always took our preferences into consideration as we viewed different locations, constantly improving his suggestions as we saw more apartments. We could not have found such a great place in such an excellent location without Gil's knowledge and expertise.
