He checked in often to give us status updates, and he offered excellent suggestions on how to stage our house, when to list, which price range to list, how to attract buyers, etc. He gave his expert opinion on a range of listing prices, but ultimately allowed us to determine the final price. He constantly communicated with the buyers' brokers and explained the process to us in plain English. He was physically present for every important event during the process, including all meetings regarding the purchase of our new home, the closing of our existing home, and the closing of our new home.
