ZillowVERIFIED Gigi did an outstanding job. She was available throughout the whole process. She truly works very hard for you the customer. She got me above asking price for my sell and got me a great price on my purchase. The best part about our experience was the way she conducted herself. She was there for every showing, never let an agent or buyer show my home with out her being there. I highly recommend Gigi!

ZillowVERIFIED She is very professional and honest. Always there when I needed help with anything. Definitely recommend her for either buying or selling your home. Anytime we had a question in regards to something with the house we were buying, she always took care of it and got back to us in a timely manner.

ZillowVERIFIED We found a house for sale online and reached out to Gigi, the sellers realtor, to make an appointment for a showing. She agreed to meet us and unfortunately we had to cancel. We rescheduled and Gigi was again accommodating, pleasant and got us in for a showing. We made an offer and Gigi facilitated the deal falling into place quickly. Gigi made us feel very comfortable in the initial phases of getting contracts signed and we appreciated that the listing was updated to reflect that it was pending/under contract and no more showings were being done. Once you find a home you want to purchase it can be an anxious process. Gigi proved to be honest and everything went smoothly. She responded promptly to all our questions and worked to iron out details with the seller. She helped to keep the process running smoothly right through to our closing. We were very appreciative of her professionalism and would recommend her to our friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Professional, knowledgeable, upfront and honest. Extremely hard working. Gigi always had our best interests in mind. Communication was great, offered opinions and allowed us to make up our own minds. We went from a business interaction to adding a new friend to our address book.

ZillowVERIFIED Gigi was a phenomenal realtor from start to finish. She was great at communicating throughout the whole process and was great getting a commitment from the buyer - and during the Covid-19 Pandemic, no less. I highly recommend Gigi - she was fantastic to work with!!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were looking to sell our current home and buy a new house. We did not know how the process worked. After talking to Gigi on how the process works, we knew for sure that we were going to hire them to help us with the selling and buying of our home. She gave us the information we needed and we listened to them. 2 days after our home was on the market, we got an offer and many other interested buyers. We ended up getting an offer above asking price because of her negotiation skills. And later that week we ended up putting an offer on our dream home and once again she negotiated for us to a price we wanted. 2 months later we are closing on the sell of our home and a week later on the buy of our new house. I highly recommend Gloria. We couldn't be happier with her work. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP!

ZillowVERIFIED Gigi was a pleasure to work with. Always had knowledge of the homes and areas she showed us before seeing the house in person. Never left us hanging for an answer. Gave us great advise locking in our offer and negotiating for the final price. We had a certain budget that we could work with and she made it happen. She has a pool of tools at hand for getting through the process start to finish. We felt very comfortable letting Gigi take the reigns on what would come to be our first home, which can be a scary start to the next step in someone's life. She made it a breeze. Anytime we had questions there was an answer, no delay in getting the job done. Thanks for everything Gigi!

ZillowVERIFIED Gigi was absolutely incredible to us throughout the entire process! Being new to the home buying process, we were nervous and had little to no idea what we were in for. Gigi made us feel so comfortable and explained every step! From showings - to our closing day, she had our back at every turn and always had our best interest at heart. Gigi made the home buying process a breeze and we are so lucky to have found her. Always available to answer our millions of questions about anything! Will be recommending her to all of our friends and family!

ZillowVERIFIED Gigi has been a great realtor to us. She helped us find our beautiful new home and now she is helping us to sell our current home. Throughout our search she has been very diligent and attentative to all our requests and needs for our new home. She was very flexible with her schedule and was always happy to schedule appointments for us. She knows the neighborhoods very well and shares this knowledge with us. Now she is doing a great job helping us to sell our current home by giving us great advice and scheduling open houses. I would highly recommend Gigi to anyone who is looking to find a new home or sell their current home.
