ZillowVERIFIEDGigi is a rock star! I have bought and sold 3 homes, but this was the first time I had worked with Gigi. In my experience with realtors, none has worked harder for me than Gigi. Her knowledge of the community (a 55 and older neighborhood) and the rules applicable therein were invaluable to me. She would interface on my behalf with the HOA and their management company whenever she could, which took a huge burden off me as an executor selling an inherited property. Gigi would follow up with all realtors representing potential buyers who had viewed the property and would promptly provide their feedback to me. She and I would then confer on next steps, and her input was always greatly appreciated and valuable to my decision-making. She is truly a real go-getter! When we finally received a couple of offers simultaneously, Gigi went above and beyond to make sure that a deal was closed with one of them. I honestly believe her commission was not nearly enough compensation for the amount of work she put into getting my condo sold. I cannot find the right words to recommend Gigi highly enough. If you want someone knowledgeable, professional, and personable to work with to buy or sell a property, Gigi is a fantastic resource. I'm positive you will be glad you chose her.

This was our first experience working with a real estate agent, so I have no one to compare her service to, but she was responsive, professional, hard working, friendly, highly informed, and offered a lot of insight without being pushy. Gigi was able to work with our schedules. She was quick to submit offers, documents, and anything else needed for the process. The house we ended up buying we toured the same day it was put on the market and almost immediately left to go on a weekend retreat we were leading. Gigi was not only available to tour it with us in that day's very limited last minute time window, but also able to write up a proposal that we were able to review and sign while on the trip. She offered several helpful suggestions to make our proposal more attractive without costing us more money. Overall, our experience with Gigi was very positive, and we love the house we were blessed to buy with her help.

ZillowVERIFIED Gigi Duncan is a Tiger! She represented us on a recent home purchase and it went so amazingly well that I would never dream of using anyone else if faced with that situation again. I would recommend Gigi to my my closest relatives, friends, and anyone in between without hesitation. Gigi is extremely professional, responsive, accesible, wise, and knows the buying process so fluently that your never left wondering what to do next, she knows, and she will make sure you clearly understand every step of the process. She never once made us feel pressured, never told us what to do or think, she encouraged due diligence, she encouraged research, she made sure we understood our right to walk away if we werent 100% comfortable. She never once gave us the feeling that she wasnt looking out for us and interested in our ultimate happiness, as cheesy as that sounds, when you are considering the most personal, and likely most expensive transaction of your lifetime theres a lot of emotions at play and you have to be able to trust your agent. My wife and I are very grateful that we met Gigi, she really did a fantastic job for us and she would for anyone because shes like that.

ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough wonderful things about Gigi! We started this process during COVID and Gigi was welcoming, kind, and kept us safe above all else. She was incredibly fast to respond to our questions and always ensured that she was working for us. She provided valuable insight into our purchase, negotiation tactics, and was always spot on with how things would proceed. We went through the house buying process twice this year with Gigi. TWICE?! What? (#2020) The first house was almost closed when an issue with the seller came up that couldnt be resolved. Through all of that uncertainty- Gigi was there, communicating back and forth with us and the listing agent. She reassured us that whatever our decision was- she would support us. When we finally decided to let that property go (there was no resolution in sight with the sellers issue), Gigi was there. She respected our decision to take a small break and didnt push us into looking at more properties. But she was immediately ready when we reached out again. The second house was incredibly smooth sailing- one of those swimming downstream and it all falls into place kind of things. Gigi was our raft, our life boat, and even while on her own personal vacation, she still kept us afloat (despite us telling her to take a break and enjoy her time off). Gigi is fun, always smiling, always honest, and above all else respectful of our thoughts and opinions. Yes, even with a mask on- you can tell she is smiling and truly loves her job.

This seemed to me to be a daunting task. Gigi kept up a running conversation with us to refine her search. She listened and found us properties that she thought fit our requirements. We visited the properties and found them not to be perfect for us. She listened and learned and found properties more to our liking. We wanted some additional information on a couple of the properties that would fit out needs. We had to leave and so we left Gigi with our questions. Getting into my house wasnt easy -- it happened to be a HUD-Bank Owned property but somehow she made it happen. Gigi worked with the property asset manager to get the concessions we needed to make the deal happen. She scheduled us with a fantastic inspector who was open and honest about the condition of the property. About honesty -- Ms. Duncan was far above the bar in guiding me in the right direction. Weve used her twice now (2010 & 2012) and have known her for a number of years, but she continues to impress me with her care for clients, her commitment, and her ability to help us find the best possible house. Gigi listens to what we want and always goes above and beyond to help us find and get it. She is very honest about the benefits and drawbacks of each property we look at, pointing out what issues might come up during inspection and helping us brainstorm how we might want to handle issues if they do arise. She remains positive while sticking with the facts -- we always know what to expect with her and I trust her opinion implicitly.One example (and I could give many!) of how she helped was on our latest purchase. We had been looking for a while without finding exactly what we wanted when a house popped up. She called and said Meet me after work as soon as possible -- youll want to see this. The house was exactly what we were looking for -- and about eight other couples were looking at it at the same time! We knew wed be in stiff competition and didnt want to enter a bidding war. Gigi made a few calls, listened to what a few people had to say about the property, and then had a genius idea to help our offer stand out above the rest.
