When I needed advice on a house he was showing to me, he could give me an educated idea of what the cost might be for either home improvements or repairs; that alone came in very handy for me when I was interested in buying a place. He has many excellent connections involving construction, electronics and appliance repair, which I already took advantage of for the house that I purchased. He also provided with a routine email list of homes related to what I was specifically interested in. Jamie represented me with confidence. I called her, and she set up an appointment immediately to discuss my options. Within 10 minutes of our first conversation, I could sense Gidget was the professional I needed. We discussed the various components of the process, and Gidget helped me feel comfortable with each step. For example, when we discussed dual agency, I didn't feel any pressure with asking her to represent me alone. When we discussed price, i trusted her knowledge of the market, and it paid a huge return in the end. Each time we discussed a circumstance that I felt a bit perplexed or distraught about, she always left me feeling that the issue had been resolved or was on its way to a solution. Gidget was always polite, always professional and always considerate. This is the fourth home I have sold and by far the easiest, the least stressful, and the most financially lucrative. I now KNOW that Gidget was the best realtor for the job. I couldn't have done this without her.

From the first phone call to handing the keys over to us, he was responsive, understanding, and a hard worker. He made sure we found a house that we loved. ZillowVERIFIED Beware. I filled out an online form quite late in the evening , he called as I was getting my kids to bed and hammered me with a million questions. He kept asking what kind of house I wanted and I told him, like the one I called on. I guess that I didn't devote enough attention to his majesty, as I gave him my email and had to go. This is the rude reply that I received : We just spoke on the phone about a home available at Blaven Dr, and the repo home in Tuscany that has sold. Based on our conversation, I dont believe I can assist you. I enjoy meeting great people and assisting them achieve their real estate goals. I am not financially motivated. I believe you need someone that is more financially motivated in order to provide you the type of servant style service you desire. If you are interested in working with a no nonsense agent that gets stuff done, by all means lets talk. If you want someone you can be short with and treat as though you are better than them, keep calling on Zillow homes. There are 15,782 other agents out there that will grovel at your feet, He may have also given my number out to some other agents, as I began receiving calls and I had not contacted anyone else. I have never come across someone this disrespectful, and I buy a lot of real estate and speak to a lot of agents.

Gidget was warm and friendly and gave an excellent history of the company as well as the future of their current housing development. We loved the aesthetic and things immediately began to fall into place. Being the first new home we had ever purchased, Gidget was there for us at every step of the process. She guided us through the loan process, choosing each aspect of the home layout/placement, coordinating interior decor with great expertise and recommendations, and accommodating exterior landscaping in the build to meet our every growing needs. Gidget was not only helpful during each step of the process, but handled every call/email from us regarding aspects of the home quickly and efficiently.
