ZillowVERIFIED With all due respect to others, I dont think it is possible for anyone to have better local knowledge than Gianna who literally grew up here. Theres more to be aware of and it can be a bit trickier buying a condo and Gianna helped navigate this even when deadlines became tight and things became last minute. While we tried to get everything done during normal work hours, she extended herself whenever needed and was immediately responsive at any time which was very appreciated. I suppose others couldve gotten the job done here but none more capably.

Each transaction has gone smoothly and if there ever has been a hiccup during the transaction I have only heard about it after she quickly solved the problem. In our latest transaction, the buyer under contract had to terminate the agreement due to financing issues related to the COVID pandemic.
