Giancarlo has been the best realtor to work with for our move from Chicago to the Suburbs. He helped us purchase and sell. During the purchase he went above and beyond showing us suburban properties at the drop of a hat and helping us wade through the possible issues both positive and negative. We canceled our first deal after professional inspection by Spy Glass (referred to us by him) as they found several scary questionable issues with potential water infiltration. He was so supportive in this process and we moved on. When we finally found a property he was so on top of all aspects of the purchase that up to the day of closing the seller was still fixing things we required to close. He took the time to go from Chicago to Schaumburg back to Chicago for this transaction. How many realtors would go to that much trouble???!!!! Then when it came time to sell our home of 30 years in Chicago it was a monumental task of clearing out items and he was so patient. He really alleviated my anxiety with leaving the home that I raised my family in to move on to our next chapter in our lives. I couldn't have asked for a better partner to make this life change. He helped us come up with a reasonable listing price to make this an easy transaction. Listing went live at 4:30 pm on a Thursday, first showing on Friday at 6:15 pm, signed offer by 11:30 pm same night. How could you ask for anything better or more from your realtor. This sale closing was a little wonky too but he made it happen and we couldn't have been happier with the results.
