ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I worked with Gian-Paul in 2025 to look at an apartment, and again in 2026 when looking to purchase our first home. He was our real estate agent for select towns we mentioned interest in that were within his travel range. He showed us a few homes that unfortunately weren't a fit, but worked around the clock and listened to our feedback to find other listings. We ended up finding a house and I went to the open house while he was out of state, but that didn't hinder the communication he provided to the seller's agent while on vacation! There was only one day for an open house that my husband couldn't attend, but he worked it out so we could have a special showing so my husband could see it before making an offer. Offer delivered through the final walk through, Gian-Paul was attentive and offered guidance. Can't thank him enough for his help!

ZillowVERIFIED Gian-Paul was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was honest, patient and proactive. Honest, as in, he gave us candid opinions on places, in terms of issues or any work that might be needed or coming up on properties that we viewed. Patient, as in willing to listen to what we were looking for as novice buyers as we converged on locations that we liked and what we were looking for in a place (it took us some time to figure that out). Proactive as in, sending us places and pushing us to view more properties in a very competitive market as well as doing all the research, including comparative analysis, on places that we liked. After we made an offer, he handled all the communication and processing and kept us updated and sent us reminders about next steps. He also put us in touch with fantastic people for the bank loan as well as the attorneys for closing. Overall, he made the whole process quick and painless. And above all, he was super responsive, always responding to our questions within the hour (in most cases, within minutes). If or when we look for our next home, he'll no doubt be our realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Gian Paul is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We would let him know what places we liked during the week and he would arrange a full itenerary of showings on the weekend. If anything fell though, he would let us know immediately and arrange backups. Responses were quick and informational. We will definitely be reaching out to him should we sell or wish to buy another home.

ZillowVERIFIED I reached out to Gian-Paul via the 1-click feature that Zillow has. He was really prompt in responding via text the same day and offering times he was available for viewing the property I was interested in. He asked great questions that helped him find the perfect property for my group of roommates. He had great knowledge of things to do in the area we were looking and he answered all of our questions and updated us in regards to the application process. He was really great to work with and I would recommend him to any of my friends!

ZillowVERIFIED Maybe one of the worlds only honest realtors. Having been through this process several times, the most common and frustrating experience is always that the apartment you found and would like to see is magically unavailable, but this was not our experience with Gian-Paul at all. Encouraged us to be honest and critical about what we didnt like in properties he showed, and then adjusted our search to better meet what we were looking for without trying to up-sell or bait and switch. Listened patiently with a smile while I unknowingly and unflinchingly badmouthed a property managed by his realtor group for at least 15 minutes. (but who doesnt include water use and sewage in the price of rent?) Finally helped us find a place in a great location, under our expected budget, and that checked off all of our boxes with some things we wouldnt have known to look for- cannot recommend more highly.

ZillowVERIFIED My roommates and I had a great experience working with Gian-Paul. None of us lived in the Boston area so after coming in for a weekend to tour places everything else was done from afar. Gian-Paul was great answering all of our individual questions and was incredibly helpful even after we signed our lease and were trying to rent an additional parking space that wasnt included. I would definitely recommend Gian-Paul!

ZillowVERIFIED Gian Paul is a highly effective, organized, and diligent real estate agent. In our first home buying experience, Gian Paul acted as our Buyers Agent, helping us navigate each step of the process, frequently acting as an intermediary even if the task did not fall under his true responsibilities. He helped us prospect potential apartments, coordinated appointments, and most importantly made sure that on the day of closing, all of the documents were in order. Gian Paul is a wealth of knowledge regarding the current Boston/ Cambridge/ Somerville market landscape, and I would highly recommend him for your next real estate endevour.
