Gharian, Was my buying agent for a duplex in Detroit. He ensured the entire home-buying process ran smoothly and my interest as an investor was protected. He was tremendously helpful and always responsive to calls, texts and emails. His knowledge of Detroit and surrounding area was extremely impressive. This was beyond helpful with me being out-of-state. He provided me with video tours of the homes I was interested in seeing and also recommended a home inspector who was also very good. I would definitely use him on my future purchases in Detroit and recommend him others looking to purchase out-of-state that wants to work with a supportive and collaborative real estate professional. You know you are in capable hands when working with. Also, his support doesnt end when you close. He was able to accept the keys for the property at closing. I was more that impressed with his continued service even after we closed. He recommended a property management company and contractors to work on the repairs that are needed.
