ZillowVERIFIED Now that the dust has finally settled from our simultaneous buy and sell (with a contingency) in the currently insane Bergen County market, I want to publicly acknowledge how amazing our realtor was. Ghada Abbasi was truly our partner in this process. We initially worked with 2 different realtors and after almost purchasing a home that was a horrible deal and having a realtor try to take advantage of us on our sale, We had given up and taken on the process ourselves. It quickly became overwhelming and we needed someone that would completely take control but also someone that we could trust. My sister had heard great things about Ghada Abbasi so we gave her a call. We told her what we needed and she got us into places we couldnt have visited on our own and even filtered out places that were wrong for us. She dealt beautifully with the contingency and when we hit major bumps in the road with the attorney, she was always on the phone getting things done. She is tough and knowledgeable and the exact person you want on your side when making the biggest sale or purchase of your life. But tough businesswoman aside, she was always so warm and caring and we never felt like Iwe were bothering her with our many questions and issues. Our kids ABSOLUTELY adore her and we saw so much of her that she became like family. She even offered to drop everything and babysit when we had a horrible family emergency! She truly cares about her clients and we miss her now that its all over with. In the beginning I was consulting a family member that is a NYC broker and checking up on the process and she said Ghada was doing everything perfectly every step of the way. We also quickly came to realize that other agents like working with her because of her level of professionalism and ability to get things done so we ended up getting chosen in a bidding war because the other broker preferred working with Ghada .
