    About Gershon Draiman

    As a resident of the community for almost two decades with personal knowledge of the interiors of many of the homes, Gershon Draiman is an expert broker in West Rogers Park / West Ridge, where he has assisted many home buyers and sellers. His expertise expands to condos in high rises downtown, single family homes in Chicago's west and northwest suburbs, mixed-use investment properties, and residential leases throughout the Chicagoland area. With an extensive background in property management and development opportunities, as the markets altered their course, Gershon became a Section 8 specialist, helping those who had difficulty getting fair service. Gershon's business talents started at a young age and eventually led him into sales and then specifically real estate. He isn't exclusively limited to business, though; he was a World Series MVP at age 11 in summer camp. Solution oriented, Grand Prix champion wannabe, loves Steak Au Poivre (medium rare), and father of four lovely daughters (at least that's what their teachers tell him). He has been quoted as saying, "Sometimes I want to stop what I'm doing and just become a handsome millionaire."

    Gershon was very helpful and professional during the whole experience. He went over and beyond service I received from any other broker we have previously used. He even volunteered to supervise the work that was getting done to the house in preparation for listing it on the market. I work long hours and he was available to meet at all hours early am late nights to accommodate.
