ZillowVERIFIEDBuying a house for the first time was so easy and so much fun with Riley. He went above and beyond to satisfy all of our home needs and to provide us with the knowledge and information that we needed. My fiancA(C) and I work opposite shifts and time is very limited and important to us, but Riley made it so easy for us so we wouldnt miss out on seeing these beautiful homes together. 100% the best experience. We found our home and it was all thanks to Rileys hard work. Riley and his team are worth it. I recommend if youre looking into buying a new home or selling your home, 10/10.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our first house buying experience and it was the worst experience of my entire life when it comes to big financial investments. They said buying a house should be a pleasant experience especially your first house. This one... not so much. The realtors were never available when needed and couldnt answer simple questions we had and our primary realtor was gone for a month without telling us at all. Instead of finding the answers for us, they gave excuses and made us feel stupid for even asking. German himself had showed an obnoxious amount of unprofessionalism when he screen shot our messages we had back and forth when we were confused about certain things and re-sent them to us as if we would understand better. No one could ever give us a difinitive answer on anything. We found the house, we requested the appraisal, we made sure we had all the paperwork needed, and we did all of the following up. Some ask, aEURoewhat did your realtor do if you did all that?aEUR? And my answer to them was and still is unknown. The fact that they actually got paid no matter what because it was a VA loan makes me think they did nothing to help for that exact reason. German and his team couldnt even provide me the builders contact information to sit down and talk our issues out because they were afraid of us exposing their unprofessionalism. I wouldnt recommend at all to anyone at all.

ZillowVERIFIED For being a first time home seller, Brent Wofford and the entire German Lopez realty team made the process of selling our home such an easy and smooth one. We listed our house and within 24 hours had 6 viewings and 3 offers. I wasn't sure on what the process of selling a home would entail and how much work it would take, but Brent was VERY informative, quick to respond to my many many questions and you could tell right off the bat that he knew his career and had our best interests in mind. The support we were shown throughout the process was nothing short of amazing and I am so very thankful we chose him and his team to help us sell our home.

ZillowVERIFIED They were helpful in every step of the process and went out of their way to make our experience the best it could be. They even helped after the purchase by communicating with the previous owners as to certain things with the house. They made sure to help us in signing the paperwork even when it was an inconvenient time for them.

ZillowVERIFIED German did an excellent job for us, he helped us to sell our home in Yuma, Arizona. He did a good analysis of the market that helped us to understand the possibilities. While working on the selling strategy, German listened to our points, we agreed on an action plan, and it worked, we received a purchase offer, and closed last week, the process took less than sixty days.German is a good listener, an important skill in this process, he also listens to the other party's interests, and really tries to understand what are their goals, German is good at selling or buying real state property.German is a people's person, which makes his work a natural fit for him.His team was also very supportive, they communicated with us frequently, so we knew what was happening.Without any hesitation, I recommend German for any real state transaction in Yuma county, Arizona.Thank you,

ZillowVERIFIED German met with me to view a house, I had listed my needs in a home so he had other options ready when I walked away from the first thanks to barking dogs and a rooster in the next yard. I had already looked at the second house he showed me and compared to the first and others I had looked at it was a strong contender. He encouraged me to look at another and it was the one! I really liked that he encouraged me to look more instead of trying to sell me something I didn't like. I was in my new home by the New Year!

ZillowVERIFIED Calling German Lopez to help sell our home turned out to be the best decision of our transition. We knew we were getting a great person on our side, but he surpassed our expectations. Upon his first visit, we already had a solid plan to sell our home. We have already moved to Tucson when our house went on the market. German was able to help us long distance and made every effort to avoid us taking any unnecessary trips. As a matter of fact, the only trip we have to make back was to retrieve our belongings once the house was under contract. He kept us informed of all possible buyers and made suggestions that at the end made this home selling experience the easiest and more relaxed experience ever.Thank you German and keep up your great work!

ZillowVERIFIED German is great realtor, caring, and friendly with good knowledge of the areas throughout Yuma and San Luis AZ. Showed me a variety of homes from new builds to some older homes with basement, all within the price range I was looking into. Finally found what we wanted with more than enough room at 2000sq ft for under 200k.
