He was always available to show us houses, he was knowledgeable of the local market and was always spot on with the home price. He provided helpful insight to what the property taxes would be (the local tax assessor told me I had a good realtor when I called to confirm the estimated taxes, going on to say most realtors dont tell their clients what the new property taxes would be after the new assessment). His team was efficient and his assistant Erika was a great asset; helping us to close in less than 30 days. He has been able to provide reliable local contacts for all of our home needs since closing. I would highly recommend German if someone is looking to relocate or buy a home in SWFL.

Buying a house alone is stressful, but doing it site unseen,1800km away from where you used to live and buying in a state/town your not familiar with, can tip the stress meter!! German was great at explaining the in's and out's of the real estate market in Florida, Erika was great about making sure inspections were ordered and arranged with the seller, and keeping me informed every step of the way. With all the obstacles and the holidays right before the closing date, everyone prevailed and helped us close on time!! I'd use them again and refer them to anyone I know moving to the area!!

ZillowVERIFIED As someone who works out of state/ country and who spends more time in the air than on the ground, I thought it was going to be impossible for us to be able to close on a property. However, German took the challenge by helping us and taking his email, text, face time, and phone calling skills to another level. It did not matter if I was on Londons time zone or San Franciscos, he made his schedule work for me. He kept me in the loop about everything, and made all the paper work signing a walk in the park by me being able to fill them out online. With the help of German and his team, my wife and I were able to purchase the home we wanted in less than 25 days! I don't think it would have been possible with just anyone. I can say rather confidently that I don't think the "average" real estate professional could have made it work. German and his team were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive.
