Thankfully, Geri has the knowledge, and is always easy to reach. Every email or text was immediately replied to and every phone call was answered or returned within the hour. She is also great at building a relationship with the seller's agent. This not only makes the sellers more comfortable to do business with you, but also could give insight on what kind of deal the seller's are looking for. In fact, if she had not done this, we would not have gotten our dream house since the sellers had already accepted an offer when we first saw it! Luckily that deal did not work out and our offer was accepted almost immediately. Geri also really cares. After the deal was done, she helped us figure out how to fix up the house and find the best prices.

I was selling my late mothers house and I live out of town. My greatest concern was making arrangements from afar. Geri was able to take care of all my concerns. She arranged for a handy man to fix several issues around the house and a cleaning crew to show the house at its best. Within two hours after the home inspection, Geri arranged for an electrician to fix an electrical finding. About all I had to do was sign my name at closing, and with a cash deal, there was less paper work.Geri took care of everything.

From that first conversation, I knew Geri was the agent for my husband and me. She set me up with tools to help us get familiar with neighborhoods and market conditions and kept in contact via phone to ensure we had everything we needed to start our home search. By the time we landed in Sarasota in late Jan 2014 to begin our search, Geri had already set aside several days to explore neighborhoods with us and scheduled viewings of a good number of homes. Though Sarasota was the first stop on our search for our perfect retirement home/location, it ended up being our last. Once we returned to our current home in Michigan, we were so impressed with what Sarasota had to offer (thanks to Geri!), we decided to place an offer on a foreclosed property Geri had taken us to see...twice.
