ZillowVERIFIEDGeri is the best. Buying a home is very stressful and there are a lot of details, rules and regulations that will confuse you. Thankfully, Geri has the knowledge, and is always easy to reach. Every email or text was immediately replied to and every phone call was answered or returned within the hour. She is also great at building a relationship with the seller's agent. This not only makes the sellers more comfortable to do business with you, but also could give insight on what kind of deal the seller's are looking for. In fact, if she had not done this, we would not have gotten our dream house since the sellers had already accepted an offer when we first saw it! Luckily that deal did not work out and our offer was accepted almost immediately. Geri also really cares. After the deal was done, she helped us figure out how to fix up the house and find the best prices.
