OK, I have bought and sold a tremendous amount of homes and used brokers all across the US. I also now wok for a Family Office and have been liaising with brokers on a monthly basis buying and selling my boss' assets. Geri and Tim bar none are the best I have worked with. Their attitude, work ethic, above and beyond-ness. what I mean by that is they took 175% of responsibility for the sale of a house we just sold in OR. They tirelessly worked day/night to solve inspection issues, dealt with trades for us, the list goes on. Can't say enough great things about the best realtors in Portland, Geri and Tim Penner. Spoke to Geri initially as I was still early in the planning stages of potentially buying a home for the first time, and not only did she answer my questions, but she made me aware that there were a variety of programs that exist. We had a great experience with Geri. She showed us a lot of properties before we finally found the one, we really wanted. She was patient with us and seemed to truly care about us getting what we really wanted. When we found a new property, we wanted to tour she would get back to us right away. We found her very knowledgeable about all things regarding real estate which really helped us along this journey. She was always honest when asked her opinion which was very refreshing.
