OK, I have bought and sold a tremendous amount of homes and used brokers all across the US. I also now wok for a Family Office and have been liaising with brokers on a monthly basis buying and selling my boss' assets. Geri and Tim bar none are the best I have worked with. Their attitude, work ethic, above and beyond-ness. what I mean by that is they took 175% of responsibility for the sale of a house we just sold in OR. They tirelessly worked day/night to solve inspection issues, dealt with trades for us, the list goes on. Their level of experience w the market was extraordinary and I wud recommend them to absolutely anyone. They will be our go-to brokers going forward.

Spoke to Geri initially as I was still early in the planning stages of potentially buying a home for the first time, and not only did she answer my questions, but she made me aware that there were a variety of programs that exist.
