ZillowVERIFIED We met Gigi while we were looking for a new home, and she was the seller's agent. We ended up working with her on that property. Even though she was officially representing the sellers, her knowledge and integrity showed through immediately, and we were very comfortable having her representing both parties. So much so that after we completed that purchase, we asked her to represent and sell our other home. She truly understands the marketplace, provided guidance on how to sell the home, and was super responsive to all of our needs/questions. Ultimately, we had multiple offers on that home within days, and everything throughout the process went great...always getting updates from her on how things were progressing, reminders about things we needed to ensure were completed, etc. At the end of the day, we couldn't be happier. Recommending Gigi is the easiest part of our move process (both purchasing and selling), and would definitely reach out to her in the future if we ever needed anything.

ZillowVERIFIED Gigi has been professional, responsive and excellent since the first phone contact! After a previous unsuccessful attempt to sell our house in the past with another realtor, I decided to contact Gigi. After an initial visit, she made suggestions for things to improve to make our house more desirable. She has been great to work with through the contract agreement, inspection and final closing details. We definitely recommend her if you are buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a honest and experience realtor you found one in Geraldine aEURoeGigiaEUR? Finan. From the beginning she sat with us to explain the whole process of selling and buying. Gigi priced our home perfectly and marketed it well (pictures, staging, etc) . In three days time we got an offer. Throughout the whole process of selling and buying she was there giving us updates, corresponding with the other real estate agents involved, going to Town Hall, going to all closings and just giving us great advice. We are so happy with the outcome and her service. We would definitely recommend her to anyone who is selling and/or buying a house. Five Star ?? Service!

ZillowVERIFIED Gigi walked my wife and I through the entire process of selling my home and purchasing another from beginning to end (and then some). She was honest, direct, and on the money with every piece of advice she gave beginning with our listing price, to what she "really thought" the house we were purchasing was worth. Her expertise helped us negotiate a deal I felt extremely comfortable with. Myself, my buyer, and the couple I purchased my new home from can all attest that she wants the best for everyone, and genuinely takes pride in her work. She was attentive, checked in with us regularly, and always made herself available whenever we wanted to check out a property. When problems arose on my end with the town because of permits that my previous realtor never mentioned when I purchased my home, she worked diligently to help fix mistakes that were holding my sale up. Not only do I recommend Gigi, I have every intention of using her services again, that is of course, only if I ever decide to sell the beautiful home she helped put us in!

ZillowVERIFIED Gigi was awesome throughout our house hunting and home buying experience (our first time buying). She went above and beyond to find us the right home and was very honest and informative about houses we were viewing. Never did we feel like she was aEUR~trying to make a sale we worked with her for months and throughout it she worked on finding us the right home. It was very nice to be able to trust and rely on her especially since it was our first house. We are extremely happy to have worked with her during this and I cant think of anything that could have been done better.

ZillowVERIFIED Gigi knows the market and clearly did her homework in support of listing and selling our property. She responded to email and text messages promptly and successfully managed negotiations with the buyer. However, her style of communication left much to be desired. In particular, email and text messages were absent structure and punctuation, which often left me confused. It also seemed that once a buyer was found, the service we came to expect changed. I was disappointed with her handling of a particular item that was clearly stated in the P&S, but took many emails to resolve. There were also times where I "perceived" her communication as somewhat condescending. Ultimately, Gigi did an excellent job in selling the property. It sold in just a few days for more than the listing price. Unfortunately, due to her communication style, I would not recommend her.
