Jerry became family by the end of this process . At one point he was calling back and forth with multiple members of family trying to get everybody what they want. He is smart and knows the market . He was able to get me the deal of a lifetime in a horrible market. I would and already have recommended him to anyone i know.

Jerry Smith worked with my wife and I to develop timing and price levels that would maximize our return. We did not have a "hard date" to sell the house; we were not under any pressure to sell, such as a job move, etc. The house was originally listed in 2014 and we did not generate the interest and offers expected. The house was taken off the market and relisted in early 2015. Jerry scheduled Open House events during both years to promote the property. He also recognized the unique features of the house including the lot which offers a private setting in the back yard. The key features were organized into a one-page brochure and handed out during open houses. It worked, and we are very pleased with his service and the sales price and highly recommend Jerry (Gerald) Smith.

When I moved here I tried to work with another realtor. I started my search for a family home about 4 months prior to my families move to Michigan, I kept in contact weekly notifying them that I will be arriving soon. The realtor I was working with was unprepared and I lost faith in that other realtors office. Once I started to work with Mr. Smith, he made the search very simple and was well prepared even with short notice taking on a new customer. He was very insightful and patient on our needs, since my wife was very specific about what she wanted. The process was made extremely smooth by Mr. Smith and Howard Hannah, that I recommended them to a coworker that was in search of buying a house.

Jerry listed our home and we had three offers in 48 hours! He was also instrumental in negotiating and obtaining our new dream home (even though the seller was difficult at times). He is very responsive to inquiries and is very personable.
