My advice to sellers is to price their property correctly from the beginning and work with an experienced real estate broker who understands the local market and knows how to negotiate. Overpricing can result in longer days on the market and ultimately a lower sales price. Whether selling a luxury home in Highland Park, University Park, or Dallas, or a high-rise condominium in Las Colinas or Irving, every property requires a strategy based on comparable sales, competition, property condition, and buyer demand. Proper preparation, professional marketing, and strong negotiation are essential to achieving the highest possible price in the shortest reasonable time.

I have worked with first-time homebuyers, homeowners selling their properties, luxury home buyers and sellers, real estate investors, commercial property owners, and developers throughout Dallas-Fort Worth. My experience includes residential homes, luxury properties in Highland Park and University Park, high-rise condominiums in Las Colinas and Irving, and commercial and investment properties. I also assist clients with relocation, property valuations, investment analysis, and land use and zoning matters.

4.  Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

One transaction that stands out involved representing a client in the purchase of a high-rise condominium at Grand Treviso in Las Colinas, Irving. Condominium transactions require additional due diligence, particularly when reviewing HOA financials, assessments, building operations, and property values. My knowledge of the building and experience negotiating real estate transactions helped me guide the client through the process, identify potential concerns, special asessments and protect their interests. Transactions like these remind me why experience and attention to detail matter when buying or selling real estate. I ended up saving my client over $35,000. They wanted her to pay for a special assessment the seller was responsible for paying.  They never expected I was going to know the buyer was not responsible for it,

I started in real estate as it is a family business since I was a child. I have been involved in real estate for over 25 years.

I hold both a bachelor's and a master's degree from The University of Texas at Dallas. As a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and Planning and Zoning Commissioner for the City of Irving, I have extensive experience in real estate transactions, property valuations, land use, zoning regulations, and municipal development. I also serve on the Texas REALTORS® Public Policy Committee on Business Issues, where I stay involved in legislative and regulatory matters affecting property owners and the real estate industry. My background in real estate investing, financial analysis, and negotiation allows me to provide clients with informed guidance throughout the buying and selling process.
