This is our second time working with Georgina who is the ultimate professional. During the pandemic she helped sell my dad's house which was sold after 1 week on the market. When it was time for us to sell our house , the market had changed and interest rates started to rise. That did not deter Georgina, she held multi open houses. We had an offer early on in the process which was rescinded after the prospective buyers got cold feet in buying an older home. Georgina persevered with showings and found the buyers who ended up purchasing the home. They fell in love with the house immediately, the women who had come to see the house first told Georgina that this was the house she was meant to buy. It has been a pleasure working with Georgina and I will recommend her to my family and friend when they are looking to buy or sell.
