Trying to buy a house in Las Vegas when you live in California and are 6 hours away is not an easy tasking, and Gigi really stepped up and answered all questions as well as doing those things she could for us in going to Probate court so that we did not have to drive over to be here for a very short time frame. She very quickly understood exactly what we were looking for and every time we looked at a house, she remembered what we said we liked and didn't like about the house. She was a great at working with the sellers Realtor and passing our concerns on. She kept us fully up to date on what was going on with the lender, title company, appraisal, and the home inspection. Making sure we were aware of what was do when. Things were fluid due to waiting on probate court to be scheduled.
