We were stressed and knew it could take some time to find a house that we loved and could afford. When we started working with Georgiana we knew that we were in good hands. We received updates whenever homes in our budget were first placed on the market and as soon as we told Georgie that we wanted to take a look at a place she would reach out and make it happen. She has years of experience in the real estate field so we trusted any advice she gave. She kept us calm and updated when we put a bid in for a house and we were able to get an offer accepted on a house that we love within a month of searching. Georgie walked us through the process of purchasing the house by updating us when she was emailing something over that we needed to look at, helped us with any resources we needed (like a home inspector) and made the closing process quick and simple. With her experience and reputation, Georgiana has the best contacts in the business from photographers, to home inspectors, to contractors, etc. I know that when we are working with her, the only thing I have to worry about is choosing the next house which is right for our growing family and the packing! And if a repeat client isnt enough testimonial, I can give you proof of her negotiating skills. We had a contract on a house that under appraised, and with a worrisome home inspection, we decided to walk. The house ended up selling for $25k MORE than our offer and contract. That is $25,000 Georgiana would have saved us on our home compared to another area realtor. Money talks!

When Georgiana stepped in, she gave good advice on setting the price and immediately started actively marketing our home both online and with open houses. Her 33 years of experience have given her an extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, a strong clientele, and a good working relationship with the other realtors in the area. Once we had an offer on the house, Georgiana was an excellent guide in working through the negotiations and getting us all to yes. Id like to add that she seems to have boundless energy, and was available to reply to phone calls or texts from early morning until late into the evening.
