ZillowVERIFIEDGeorgeann was absolutely outstanding. I had listed my home previously and the deal fell apart. When I contacted Georgeann, she responded immediately. She understood my difficulties as I had already relocated out of state. She took care of all of the small and large details; curb appeal, lighting, having the right team to handle any minor repairs. She communicated clearly and promptly during the entire process of selling. She was handed a very stressful situation and her skill and professionalism made it come together seamlessly. My home sold within 24 hours of listing and closed within 30 days. I cannot say enough good things about Georgeann. Professional, caring, and communicates well with all parties involved. I highly recommend her for all your housing needs. I definitely would use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED When I started the process of selling my home, I was not sure how the process will work, since it was my first time selling a house. Georgeann made the process so much easier and was there every step of the way. I will highly recommend Georgeann, she was kind, professional and was always there to answer any questions I had.

ZillowVERIFIED Georgeann did an Amazing job getting me top dollar for the sale of my two unit. She went above and beyond by meeting the city inspector and others during the process to free up my time. Great job communicating and negotiating. I Highly Recommend her for either buying or selling your house!

ZillowVERIFIED Super great agent with positive energy and knowledge. I've worked with a couple of agents and GeorgeAnn was the best one I worked with. She was with me every step of the way and even if I asked her questions that weren't part of her job, she'll still got back to me. She helped me buy a house and I rehired her to help sell my mom's house and it's going very smooth.

ZillowVERIFIED Georgeann was very helpful finding us a house. Georgeann was very responsive and made herself available for our schedule. We are very much in a sellers market with houses going very fast. This doesnt leave much room for negotiations but we were able to get the house for under asking after closing credits and maintenance credits with Georgeanns help.

ZillowVERIFIED Georgeann was super responsive. Always returns my call or text ASAP. Georgeann also went beyond what was expected by connecting me with an excellent contractor, Barbara Barsi, who did an outstanding job for a fair price and timely.

ZillowVERIFIED Great realtor! Very quick to respond to any inquiries and very knowledgeable about the area. She eased our fears and helped us through the tough parts of buying a home. We were selling a home at the same time and needed to schedule closings relatively close to one another. She helped us immensely through the process!
