I immediately contacted him and within 10 minutes or so, he reached out to me to gain a better understanding of what we were looking for. He arranged tours for us virtually as we currently live out of state. He has been so supportive always responding quickly to any questions I texted him. Once we found the perfect place our offer was accepted within 24 hours. George has built such great relationships with so many in the Real Estate business that he provided us with contacts that were able to expedite the closing in less than a month. He literally tells it like it is and definitely works for you with your best interest in mind. No matter the time of day or night, he was always helping me to make sure I get exactly what I wanted. He always answered in a timely manner and just has a perfect attitude and personality for this job. The sale and closing of the house I wanted is finished and he is still available if and when I have a question or need anything. Don't just go for any realtor. He customized a list of property according to our preferences so we could discuss them on the phone before our visit to Florida. Because of that great communication, we were able to complete the purchase in 2 weeks. George was willing to spend unlimited time with us to choose the home that was best for us. ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend George Ziegler. He has been my Buyer Agent and is currently my Listing/Seller Agent. His professionalism is without question; he never pressures, and has demonstrated honest regard for our interests as a buyer and, also, as a seller. He is immediately available by phone or text, but over and above that he is absolutely trustworthy and has extended sincere regard for the property we are trying to sell. Unlike many listing agents who sellers rarely hear from again until the actual closing, George Ziegler has gone out of his way to help me with our property that is unoccupied. We are out of state at this time. He tries to check on the property once a week and puts white vinegar into the A/C's drip pan to keep algae from interfering with the running of the A/C. Two days after Hurricane Irma Mr. Ziegler went out of his way (leaving his own property concerns) to go with a handyman service to assess the damages to our property. His empathy and humanity are remarkable. Being out-of-state we could have felt alone and abandoned after Hurricane Irma; however, George Ziegler was there for us -- this is truly commendable, and I will forever be truly grateful for his assistance. Anyone buying or selling property are truly "in good hands" with George Ziegler as their agent.

We became friends so when we put our home on the market we decided to list with George. We did not want to put a sign out advertising our home. We asked George if he could be available to be there each and everytime our home was showed because of so many amenities our home had that other realtors would not know to point out.
