We live in Charlotte and met Elizabeth just by chance while vacationing at the beach. We told her of our interest in the area, exchanged info, and within one week she and George were sending us all available homes that met our criteria in the area. Homes sale very quickly but George and Elizabeth immediately made appointments to do virtual tours with us for any house we showed interest in. They never pressured us, were always honest and gave us the pros and cons of all homes we looked at. We had complete trust in them so much so that we bought our home site unseen except for the virtual tour and we couldnt be happier. They were with us from the start to the finish gave us great advice helped us get everything set up at our new home and have checked on us since to ensure that we are still happy with our purchase. When the exact condo we were looking for came on the market we were notified that day, saw it and made an offer. The listing agent told George and Elisabeth that the seller had accepted another offer. George and Elisabeth fought to allow us to give our best and final, which we did and we got a deal completed by their insistence and hard work. George and Elisabeth were great in follow up too! After talking to several agents, I chose George and Elizabeth Smith as they had 43 years of experience, a good online presents, and you lived close to where the property being sold was located.What a wise decision it became. If lookers or repairmen, or inspectors were coming, they went over and turned the lights on and made sure all was ready. They kept me informed on who was coming and their action or reactions so that I could make informed decisions. In February, they went to the Garden Center for me and got Mulch which they then spread in the front Shrub Beds. They put a few decorative pieces in Key Areas, so that the area showed well. They cheerfully came to my new home to meet with me and go over things and get papers signed.My property would never have sold " In A Week", if George and Elizabeth were not at the Helm. ZillowVERIFIED We have used George and Elisabeth a number of times! 1) to buy our first house, 2) to sell our first house, 3) to buy our second house, 4) to sell our second house and 5) to buy our third house (hopefully our last!). When we were buying our third house, the sellers gave us their "final offer" and George and Elisabeth were even able to negotiate the "final offer" to our benefit. They are great to work with and are very helpful. They've alerted us on good mortgage programs (like USDA), have put us in contact with high quality vendors, and have always been quick to respond. They also hire a professional photographer to take pictures of the house when you're selling it which makes a huge difference. Also, our kids just LOVE them!!!! We would def. recommend George and Elisabeth for anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED These two are the best! When we first started looking for a home over a year ago, we talked with several different Realtors. We wanted to be sure that we went with someone that cared about what we were looking for in a home, understood our budget, and would be honest. As soon as we met Elisabeth and George, we knew they would be great. A few months and one offer in to our search, we found that something came up with our credit and we were not going to be approved. Elisabeth reassured us that when the time was right it would happen. They stuck by our side for over a year!!! It took that long for us to get in a position to buy a home, and never once did she or George make us feel like we were wasting their time or were just another sale. They are so very personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely good hearted indivduals. They showed us every house we wanted to look at, pulled houses they thought we would like, and was always available morning, noon, and night to talk to us or answer our questions. When Elisabeth was out of town and we wanted to see a house, George was able to step in without missing a beat and we felt as though we had known him forever. This is a long review, I know, but if I could give them a million stars I would. Thst is how thankful we are for these two. ZillowVERIFIED I had a wonderful experience with George and Elisabeth Smith. As a matter of fact, they were so impressive that I used them for multiple real estate transactions in Holly Springs, NC. One of the real estate transactions was particularly challenging and I found that they came up with some clever and cost effective solutions for solving the problem. For example, the land that I wished to sale had an old house on it that needed to be removed to market the land, yet that was an expensive proposition. The Smiths made contact with the Town of Holly Springs who agreed to allow the fire department to burn it down as a practice exercise. It was a win-win! Once the land was cleared and made to meet the Town's development regulations, the land sold and is now a residential development. I have also been very impressed with the professional courtesy displayed by The Smiths and the incredible attention to detail. It made things so much easier for me, especially since I live out of the state of NC and really needed people on which I could rely and trust. I can't speak highly enough of their service, knowledge and dedication in helping me sale and manage multiple real estate transactions.
