About George Simic

Purchasing a home is an emotional process. I've done it myself and, as a Realtor, I help people through it every day. Whether you are a first-time home buyer or a step-up buyer, I will work with you to make this process as easy and enjoyable as possible. That starts with listening to what you want and need so I can help you find the perfect home to welcome your new baby, the dream kitchen you've always wanted for entertaining, or the scenic backyard and patio where you can host Saturday barbecues with friends and family. Regardless of your goals, I live for those wide-eyed, "this is it!" moments with my clients. My work in this industry began at a young age. I worked with my father in the family property management, construction and remodeling business. This helped me learn all aspects of the business including researching new development sites, conducting showings, and coordinating and placing bids for new properties. It also helped me appreciate the personal nature of the buying and selling process. So, let's get to work. I'm ready when you are!
