My fathers experience working with George was so good that we reached out to him in 2021 to hire him to sell my fathers home that he had once help my father find and purchase.I knew George was the right real estate expert when I meet with him at my fathers house to discuss selling it. George was very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. George ended up presenting us with 11 offers in 3 days and we sold the home. If youre looking for a realtor thats very knowledgeable, professional, and and great to work with, George is the guy to hire!

George sold my house, and he provided a contractor to address issues that were required by the lender. As we were out-of-state, this was important and expected. Otherwise, I found George to be disorganized and overly lengthy in explanations that he assumed were needed. When I had questions I often had to restate them multiple times to get the information I was seeking. I am thankful that I kept every document he sent, as he asked me for an important document that he had misplaced. Wrong names and misspellings on contracts were some of the additional issues I had while working with George. We had a difficult sale that went through multiple contracts. In the end, the buyer was one that I reminded George about: he had made an offer during a previous listing period. George had forgotten the offer existed. I would not recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED It's been several years since I had an experience with Mr.Roser, I had been looking for the perfect home for sometime moving hear from out of state, I mostly dealt with his office staff who where the only reason I continued working with his office. I have 3 children and time my youngest were 3 and 6 and very active. Mr. Roser was showing my family a home which that day my mother tagged along while I was in the other room Mr. Roser made a rude comment about my kids in how I need to control them. Now my kids are active but isn't it apart of your job to deal with families ??? Of course my mother told me what he said and that ended that. If it had not been for one of the office girls who was also licensed I would have walked away. He was very cocky too. He only wanted to show me a few houses and was determined to rush me into purchasing one. Beware of high pressure and not getting personal attention from him only his office staff.

It made the process a bit more complicated, but George was extremely patient, and worked closely with the Title company to get things done. I am also extremely busy during the work day, and George was great at communicating via email and talking after hours because it was more convenient for me. He was very accomodating, extremely professional, and just a good guy I enjoyed working with and talking to.

ZillowVERIFIED Talk about an all around professional. George was an all-star. Sounds a little over the top but, I cannot say enough good about this guy. This was our first time buying a home. I wanted to find the right home. Also, we were trying to buy long-distance. Any property we were SERIOUS about possibly buying, he was on it very quickly to give us any pictures or video we needed. We ended up purchasing a very affordable home and his commission had to be small but, he never once gave me the impression that our deal was worth anything less. If anything, i felt like family to him and his office. They talked me through the whole process with great REAL advice. I never felt like he was trying to push a sale, he provided the facts straight to me and left out the sugar coating. As long as I am in the area, he is my Realtor and who i am sending others to.
