My husband and I were first-time homebuyers and Jacquie and George made every effort to show us multiple homes throughout central Florida at our convenience. My husband is a first responder I work in an emergency setting, so finding time to home-shop was a task but Jacquie and George made it happen! Not only were they always available, but they were always friendly and willing to answer our plethora of questions as well as sat down and gave us helpful information prior to buying our first home. Now that we've owned our dream home for two years, we're in the process of dropping PMI from our mortgage. I worked with him on both a purchase and a sale, so feel that I can speak from both sides.I contacted multiple highly-reviewed Realtors for assistance with a complex situation (selling and buying simultaneously). George called me within maybe 10 minutes of my initial email - by far the fastest response I received. I interviewed several Realtors, who were all pleasant and qualified for the job, and then I met George. From our conversation on the phone, to our first in person meeting, I felt 100% confident in his ability to handle this process. Over the next couple of months, George and his co-worker Brad worked tirelessly to calm me down during stressful periods, answer my many, many questions, and make sure everything was in line for us to buy and sell simultaneously. The photographer they work with was phenomenal and her pictures made me question whether to even sell, my home looked so beautiful! George and Brad waited until I found a home to purchase, listed mine the same day and within a week we had had 40 viewings and 3 full price offers. Our house was under contract within 10 days of listing.Throughout the process George and Brad were kind, patient, supportive and utterly reassuring. They laid out a strategy to roll out our 3,200 sf home into the market with a big push of advertising and an immediate open house. We had a dozen showings in the first six days and were under contract by the eighth day after it entered the market.During that same eight day period Brad Zweiner took us to every available condo in our price range in the part of town that we had targeted for downsizing to 1,500 sf. We quickly zeroed in on a great property and empowered George to handle the negotiations of price and terms with our minimal involvement.
