George was amazing! Not only did he sell my previous home within a short timeframe, but he also was able to find my husband and I our current home within the neighborhood of our choice. He was patient, relentless and most importantly he listened. I would recommend George anytime to sell or assist in finding a home.

ZillowVERIFIEDWe ultimately decided not to sell our house right now, but working with George and Maribel was great. They provided the information we needed to make an informed decision, and offered suggestions on updates to be made so that we can present our house when we do sell. We did not experience their negotiation skills first hand, but they seemed motivated to represent us.

ZillowVERIFIED George understands real estate value investing. He was instrumental in generating profits acting as a buyer and subsequently selling agent on an investment property. I highly recommend George as a realtor and will be happy to use him again.

ZillowVERIFIED Gladys was a tremendous help in finding us an excellent choice for a rental home, which we booked online for a 2 year lease before even an on-site visit. Thanks to Gladys (and her virtual tour of the home and consistent communication), the final selection was a perfect choice. We are extremely pleased with the service that Gladys provided.

ZillowVERIFIED She was very patient. She also helped us buy our house ten years ago. No only that but I would recommend her to other people I know. She was very professional not only in helping us find a home but also when she helped us find the specific house we needed.

ZillowVERIFIED Bought a buidling in Maywood through George. It was a difficult transaction to say the least. George went above and beyond to make it possible. Even helped bring the price lower then I expected to pay.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with George was a very pleasant experience. He helped me evaluate some of the different properties I was looking at and the advice he gave me was invaluable. I was very impressed by his overall knowledge and experience and look forward to working with him again soon. George and his staff were always very polite, informative, friendly, responsive and promptly returned all my calls. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, you would be well advised to work with George Medina and his office!

ZillowVERIFIED Solmay sought to find the ideal home that met my needs. Once found, she advised as to important criteria to consider in making the offer. She was an effective negotiator during the offer and made sure I kept my options in perspective when I was perhaps a bit overwelmed with the sellers attempts to get as much as possible from me.She continued to stay in communication when the process was in the banks hands through to the closing, when other agents l have used with previous purchases tended to neglect or worse.
