ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend George as a real estate agent. He was instrumental in helping me rent my apartment. George is incredibly professional, very communicative, patient, knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. His responsiveness and professional approach made the entire process smooth. He also provided great referrals, including a painter who did a great job updating the apartment, and even someone for snow removal who also did excellent work. I am also trusting him with another apartment for rent and will definitely be working with him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED George Llerena is hands down the best realtor I could have asked for. After having a terrible experience my daughter introduced me to George and the moment we spoke I just knew it was going to be an amazing experience. The amount of patience that he had and the responsiveness when I had questions was top tier. The market was extremely competitive and he made sure we were not discouraged. After many showings we found my dream home. Thanks to his persistence I highly recommend him and Provendent Legacy for your house ventures. Warm regards from the Sanchez family! God Bless you George a million thanks.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with George Llerena, and his firm is a positive & pleasant professional experience. There were many moving parts to get this house sold, in Jersey City. George Is gifted with an exceptional Ability to: step up, step in the last min, with a pre-qualified buyer. George Was brought in late nonetheless Georges negotiated the parties around minefields. From a compromised, leaky oil tank, to outstanding municipal Code violations, We were on a tight timeline Saving our very important deadline... Even helping to calm (perhaps) an overzealous attorney, Around my very inflexible schedule I'm quite impressed, with George, I wish more agents were like him.... truly a delight! I can't say enough highly recommended it!

ZillowVERIFIED George did an INCREDIBLE job not only finding us our new home, but also leasing our previous home simultaneously. He is a MASTER NEGOTIATOR, and was able to help us secure the home for $100K LESS than the seller was asking for, and even during the inspection process, faugt tooth and nail to have the seller provide a $20,000 credit for my family at closing!!!!! WHO DOES THAT?!?!?! George!!! Even after the closing, he kept in touch to make sure we were connected with the right people for the renovations we have planned. Additionally, he worked on advertising our previous property for lease, and interviewed several applicants until he found one we felt comfortable moving forward with. I can't thank George enough for all his hard work and professionalism. He goes above and beyond for all of his clients, and doesn't stop until he gets the job done. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND George for all your real estate needs!!!! 100/10!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Ive been using Jorge as my real estate agent for over four years, with all my properties, including my investment and my primary residence. The one thing I highly value of George is that he has an eye for investment properties . I really dont have time to go through the MLS and look through each property, but George has selective properties and ran numbers for me and calculated ROI on each investment property. That makes my life a whole lot easier. We were able to find the property, reduce the price, and negotiate a sellers concession in this crazy market. Thank you thank you thank you

ZillowVERIFIED As my husband and I were looking to start the process of buying our first home, we were lucky to have been introduced to George through a friend's recommendation. Because we had a small window of time to find a home, we knew we needed someone knowledgeable about the housing market, dependable, and with our best interest in mind. George truly did not disappoint and surpassed every expectation we had for a real estate agent. George has been responsive and excellent since the first phone call! With all the delays we experienced, George was always on it! He checked and double-checked everything for us. To say he is patient and kind is an understatement. WHAT A PLEASURE! And, he sure knows what his doing. He always took or returned calls and answered every question that we had. I will recommend George to anyone needing an agent because I know they will be well taken care of.
