I really leaned on his knowledge throughout the whole process from neighborhoods to live in, to structural issues, to resale value and everything in between. When we ran into a rather complicated titling issue, unique to New Orleans, George was on top of the situation using his local knowledge and past experience to get us to the closing date. I am not sure a less experienced agent could have overcome that hurdle. Overall, my wife and I are incredibly happy with George and his team and would not hesitate to use him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED George sold my unit in the French Quarter. It took a while because of it was a difficult real estate market at the time. However, George did many intangible things for me as a client. My condo was a 2nd home and 40 miles from where I lived. Aside from showing my unit to prospective buyers, I would ask George to make sure the temperature during the cooling and heating seasons were adjusted which he did. He also made sure the unit was tidy. He'd check my unit after severe weather events and alert me to issues.George marketed my unit aggressively, again a soft market, with various open houses, and online strategies and we eventually found a buyer. I found George to be very professional, even keel, honest and hard working. He's local and has his pulse on the market, especially the French Quarter. Would recommend him highly without reservation.

Being a veteran I used a VA loan, which has strict rules and requirements that other agents in town said couldnt work here. George never had a problem with making the loan work and always had time to talk if problems came up. After the closing it almost felt a little anticlimactic because of how easy he made everything. I enjoyed doing business with someone who cares and likes what they do. If I ever sell this house or any other I couldnt imagine working with a different agent.
