The team did a good job. They help me completely from beginning to end, taking care of all of my concerns. Even helping me afterwards with the purchase of my new home. Great team to have helping through the moving process and finding you a way to sell your house quickly and effortlessly. Great team to have on your side.

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent, professional and fun! She listed the house, held open house and had great pictures taken. The house sold the first week. She helped me during the entire process including sifting through all of the offers. I was surprised how fast the house sold and all this during Covid. She also helped me find my new home

ZillowVERIFIED George was awesome from the get go. He showed us a couple of homes and was very informative on them.Once we put an offer in and it got accepted, George did a great job. His communication through the whole process talk, text, and email were great. Always had answers to questions and if he didnt know the answer he followed up quickly with the answer. Made the process on our side as easy as possible.

ZillowVERIFIED George always called ahead to make sure he could bring a buyer through the house and when we were not home called to let us know he was leaving the house. When my wife wasn't feeling well he would show the rest of the house and not the part where she was.

ZillowVERIFIED George was GREAT to work with!!! I would recommend him to anyone. My wife and I purchased our home with him though we were out of state, George was willing to go to homes with us on short notice when we flew in and toured homes for us using Skype when we could not be there in person. You couldn't ask for better customer service between him and his assistant Angela.

ZillowVERIFIED George did such a wonderful job helping us! We gave him quite a task...we needed to find a house large enough for our family of three, plus my parents, with room for guests, too. We also needed to sell our home, and my parents home. George delivered great service for all aspects of our move! My parents home sold quickly, we found a house that met all our criteria, and George helped us get the best deal we could on it. Then he worked hard to sell our house in a short amount of time for the price we needed. We couldn't be happier! We highly recommend George and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED Judith kept her eye on the market for me, knowing what I was looking for and the location I wanted to be in at my price point was a challenge, but she was diligent and determined and found a home I would have likely missed. She was available right away and up to show properties quickly leaving no time to spare. She was extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhood and area. She put in an aggressive on my behalf to make it happen within my budget and despite the many challenges along the way. Judith is determined and works hard to do what needs to be done. I had been trying to find a home for several years and I finally have a home of my own thanks to Judith.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer I can tell you George made the process of looking for a home so much more pleasant. We weren't quite sure what to expect but George explained every step of the process. He is the definition of never not working, we had to view homes late in the evening because of work and George was there every night viewing homes with my family. My family and I are forever grateful for George and his team (Angela) for helping us find the perfect home. I would highly recommend George Crawford

ZillowVERIFIED From the beginning, George worked tirelessly to find my family a house we could call home. Even with the limitations that we had, he was able to find a house that was right for us!He worked with my wife and daughter very well, went way out of his way multiple times, even when it wasn't necessary, just to ensure we were happy with what could be our home.George was very professional and took care of any issues that popped up promptly and with a great attitude. Any time we called with questions or concerns, he answered them to the best of his abilities. If in the future we decide to sell or buy a new home, we will continue to use George.

ZillowVERIFIED George and his top notch assistant Kristen performed above expectations..from the pre-sale market analysis George did in 2017 to the actual listing and sale (In 3 days!!!!). We recommended George to a neighbor and he's listed her home also! He picked us up and drove us 25 miles to the closing..I was ill and could not drive and Orlando traffic can scare the best of us! Service like that is unexpected and proves how George is willing to go the extra mile to help his clients. Sally and I would strongly recommend anyone making a purchase or contemplating a sale should talk to George.

ZillowVERIFIED George was my life saver in this home buying process. I met George when I was looking for rentals, and even though rentals was not his area of expertise he spent over an hour trying to help. He was so genuinely helpful that a year later when I was ready to purchase I went straight to him, and just as I thought, he handled the entire process with ease, professionalism, and genuine compassion, and all issues were handled in a timely manner. There aren't many professionals left like George who genuinely goes above, and beyond for their clients. Thanks George! I thank God for sending me to you for the purchase of my first home. I highly recommend George.

ZillowVERIFIED It is without reservation that we highly recommend George Crawford. We are beyond satisfied with the service he provided over the last 3 months as we found and bought our new home. George is amazingly available without being "in your face" or pushy. He goes above and beyond on a daily basis, yet does so as if to be in the back ground in order to make the process as painless as possible. Not only is George very knowledgeable, he is honest and genuine. It took George a very short time to begin to understand exactly what we were looking for and our taste. How very grateful we are for a job done incredibly well and an experience that will always be remembered and thought of with much pride and appreciation. Thanks George!

ZillowVERIFIED George was a pleasure to work with throughout the process of buying a home. This is especially true, because I am currently on Active Duty in the military and not located in the state of Florida. He was more than willing to show houses to my representative in Central Florida. I highly recommend him to anyone because of his quick response time and his common sense approach. George's greatest asset is the aforementioned common sense. I have worked with multiple realtors in different situations/states and George is able to zero in on the customer's wants and needs in order to facilitate the best outcome for the customer. George leverages his years of experience and his extensive contact list with general contractors, plumbers, painters, electricians, and home insurance companies to guide the buyer along in the process. At no time does George try to push the customer into a corner as to which company or entity to pick. The next time I buy in Central Florida I will only use George Crawford as my realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED George was more than our realtor. He became our trusted ally and advocate. He went above and beyond to make sure we found the right house for our family. We purchased our house 11 months ago and he keeps in contact with us. George personalizes the home buying process and I will not hesitate to recommend his services. Thanks George for being responsive and for traveling to Tampa from Orlando to make sure we closed on our house.
