ReviewGeorge did a great job selling our house. We werent sure at first if we wanted to sell. He was very knowledgeable about the price range our property would bring and checked in with us while we were making up our mind to sell. Once we were ready he brought us a full asking price cash offer from the first people that looked at it. Closing was super easy. I highly recommend him to either sell your current home or find your new home.

Review I cannot say enough good things about George! From start to finish he went above and beyond to make sure we had the best selling and buying experience possible. We had a few obstacles throughout the selling process but George handled those professionally and was even the reason we made a larger profit from selling our house. My husband and I are so thankful for good realtors like George!

Review George is the best in the business! We were in the process of looking to find our first home and he came highly recommend from friends, family and others in the business. He did not disappoint! Of course us being first time home buyers, we were new to the whole home buying experience. George set up a meeting with us and broke everything down and explained in detail the whole process. He answered all of our question and made us feel more comfortable and at ease when it came to buying our first home. During the current market with rates low and homes selling fast, George was on top of things! We could send him an address and we would almost always be looking at the property the same day! When it came to the home we fell in love with he had an offer summited, accepted, and binding within 22 hours of it being on the market! He worked night and day to make it happen. He was always available by phone, text and email. George always treated us like family. He is very friendly, honest, and he knows the business of buying and selling! We would highly recommend him to our family, friends, and co-workers! Thank you George for everything!

Review George not only helped us sell my family home, he helped us purchase our dream home. He made the whole process simple. He helped us navigate an issue when selling our home. The buyer was working with an FHA loan and they would not value our property. He was a huge help during the re-negotiations. I highly recommend him for any real estate needs.

Review God directed us to George after 5 years of searching for a home on our own and praying about where we would be. We contacted George and he showed us two homes. The first was good but we questioned the need to seal the basement. The second home was so perfect for us we both agreed within seconds that this was where God wanted us. George handled all the details perfectly and timely and helped us get the transaction done faster than we had expected. George is a very unassuming, quiet, caring person we feel he listened to our needs and desires and found us the perfect home! Thank you George for your hard work and perseverance!

Review George Coates was an absolutely fantastic realtor for us as we moved cross country from Calif to Tennessee. He spent several days with us searching for the perfect home for our extended family and us to live in. George was very responsive to our needs and gave us many pointers on the areas we were looking in. He was also very good at negotiating a fair price on the house and the repairs that needed to be made. He was also a huge help - we asked him questions about utilities, plumbers, etc. and he was a fountain of information! We appreciate him so much!

Review My husband and I have worked with George for the last five years for several different real estate needs. We can't imagine working with anyone else. Over the last year we were actively looking for a new home. Due to the quick turnover of the market, it was not uncommon for us to find a new listing during the day, contact George, and view the listing that same evening. He made us feel like we were his only client. We always felt like we were his top priority. He was always professional and guided us every step of the way. I truly believe we would not have gotten the home of our dreams without George. I can confidently recommend George for any and all real estate needs.

Review George was an absolute pleasure to work with. As a homeowner who will only consider a home if it is a good investment, I have very specific needs in finding a home. George was able to work with me and translate my wants and needs into real properties for consideration. He also went above and beyond when it came to showing me potential listings. I have a crazy work schedule and George was very accommodating to show us around when we had time. When it came time to close he was extremely meticulous in making sure everything went off without any problems. I would highly recommend George to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Review George is a pleasure to work with! Buying or selling your home can be a stressful process but George was with us every step of the way; even answering our silly questions way past normal business hours. George worked long hours and sold our house in 33 days plus showed us 20 some houses and walked us through the process of buying our dream home (we close on it in a few weeks). George made everything so easy and he truly seemed to care about the needs and wants of our family. He chipped in to buy us a fridge after the sellers took the fridge out the day of the final walk through. He also offered to help us move. He truly is a great realtor and friend!

Review It has been a great pleasure working with George to sell my house! He is very professional and always responds my text messages and emails quickly. Every week, George also sent me an update on the status of the house. We kept great communication on what's going on with the house and how we should negotiate when there is an offer. George does not push for a deal. He has reasonable estimate on what the value of the house should be and he lets me know what he thinks of the offer. I highly recommend him to anyone I know.

Review George is an AWESOME realtor! He helped me with every detail of listing my home for sale in February 2016, the preparations and paperwork, the open house, the showings, the offers, and the final sale with the closing in September 2016!! All the while he was also helping me find the perfect condo for me and my family to downsize to. He arranged multiple showings of everywhere we wanted to look and worked great with the current owners to get the showings at the times that I needed them. He contacted me the day that my dream condo came on the market and was able to schedule an immediate showing and make the offer all within just a few hours! George and his team at Arbella Properties are amazing and I appreciate all they did to help me through this entire process!!
