I don't think George is experienced and competent enough to defend your rights. He lacks enough local experience to provide you with negotiation skills. As our seller's agent, he accepted and trusted all the requests from the other party's agent. Assisted them in convincing us to accept the terms... As a result, I lost nearly $3000 in the process of selling my home, even though it was said "as is" at the beginning. At this point, I strongly recommend not to choose him as your agent, whether you are a seller or a buyer.
