We were originally working with another agent and we kept making offers, but never had any accepted offers (even while going way over asking). This went on for months. We felt like something wasnt adding up and we decided to find a new agent to work with. We actually found Adam when we put an offer in on one of his properties that he had listed. He made a great first impression. He was so knowledgeable, and we just felt like we learned so much about the process that we had been missing just by visiting his open house and making an offer. Just 3 days after contacting him, we went to 6 showings with him. During our first showing with him we immediately knew we made the right decision. Adam really goes into detail while touring the homes- he leaves no part of the home unchecked and he notices things we never wouldve noticed. After just two weeks of working with Adam, we had an accepted offer on our dream home. Adam and his team (especially Meaghan!) were there for us every step of the way from offer accepted to closing. Everything went as smoothly as we couldve hoped for because of this remarkable team. They were always available via text and responded in seconds. They were on top it, all of it, all the time. Any problems or concerns that came up, Adam was right on it, problem solving, keeping all parties informed and getting the job done. One thing that stands out with the purchase of this home was how Adam, while representing us, helped the sellers when they were having issues with their house that they were buying.
