Georg Syvertsen

Georg has over 35 years of real estate experience, including ownership of the luxury boutique brokerage, Deschamp Realty, from 1981 to 2008. Georg lives on the island with his wife, Michelle, and is involved in a number of service organizations dedicated to improving our quality of life here on Bainbridge. Georg also gives of his time mentoring brokers from our community and he has served as President of the Kitsap County Association of Realtors, Land Use Committee, State of Washington Equal Opportunity Committee, and has been an active volunteer in numerous local organizations.Maintaining excellence, he stays consistently abreast in both technological and legal aspects of the business with an emphasis in real estate law issues, 1031 exchanges and up to date marketing techniques.Georg is a member of Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, Seattle's Best Real Estate Agents, and both the Washington and National Association of Realtors.
