Which is unheard of in this market. Not only that he negotiated furniture I wanted from the owner which I ended up getting for for free. He has went above and beyond. He sent occasional newsletters and one day he called and I said I was ready. I wanted to sell my condo and purchase a house so we had our work cut out for us. He quickly got the ball rolling with putting my condo on the market. Geordan is assertive but not aggressive. He lets his clients determine the pace. He has a calmness which at times was great for my being stressed with selling and then buying. After lots of work on his part, I received an offer for my condo and he was there for me every step of the way with all the paperwork. During this time we were also searching for a home. After making an offer on a home and the owners deciding not to sell, I told Geordan I wanted a new home. He got on the phone calling a number of builders. After a few visits to spec homes, I found my forever home. I would recommend Geordan to anyone. He is wise beyond his years.
