ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Geoff was great! He made the process easy, he was very knowledgeable about the different areas, comps, etc. It took us a while and lot of back and forth to find the right home. Geoff was able to help us go from all over the place to finding the right home. We couldnt be happier. Highly recommend Geoff

ZillowVERIFIED We were represented by Geoff Zahler to sell our rental property, he is very professional and always answered my texts, or phone calls immediately. Even though this is a tough time to sell with a lot of homes on the market and the high interest rate, he made sure that we had a lot of activity and showings and guided me though the process and fortunately, we were able to accept an offer and close escrow. If you are looking to buy or sell your property, please reach out to Geoff and you will definitely be satisfied.

ZillowVERIFIED Dont use anyone but Larissa! She took her time with us, and made sure we found a HOME we would absolutely love. She was attentive and honest. If the deal was good, she told us, and if it wasnt good she told us it wasnt. We will recommend her to anyone who asks, and would only use her going forward. Thank you larissa, you rock!

ZillowVERIFIED Our Realtor group Zahler Properties deserves 10 Stars! We were looking for a specific checklist for our new home in the busy Las Vegas market. The homes were being listed and offers were made on them the same day. We couldn't find anything matching our criteria for months. A special thanks to Casey Ellsworth who patiently drove me around to see the numerous residences that might be the one. We appreciated the frequent commnication Casey delivered through phone calls, texts, and emails. She listened to our wish list and provided insight into the neighborhood's attributes and pitfalls. Not only did she help with the home buying process but she put us in contact with their favorite contractors to update the place. Casey has been absolutely wonderful to work with. It's like having a friend on the aEURoeinside aEURoe. She cares about us as her clients. A huge Thank You to the team. Paula & Ken Kavalec

ZillowVERIFIED Geoff and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with! They were very knowledgeable but more importantly, listened to what our needs were and responded accordingly. Our conversations were always very candid and transparent, which allowed us to remain calibrated with our goals & corresponding actions at all times. We never wavered from the direction we had mutually agreed upon and ultimately sold our house for the full asking price! I would highly recommend Geoff and his team to anyone interested in buying, selling or renting a home. Btw- Casey is a total delight to work with as well!! :)

ZillowVERIFIED Q was a pleasure to work with for me and my husbands homebuying process. We showed him a few homes we liked then he knew exactly what we were looking for, and showed us homes that werent on our lists to make the most out of our time. He is very knowledgeable and we trusted his expertise in decision making. He even saved us money even with the crazy housing market. Thank you so much Q!

We look thru Zillow listing and was able to connect with a realtor Casey. Casey was so much helpful on showing us the listing even if we were not there to personally look at the property. ZillowVERIFIED From start to finish, Geoff guided me as a first-time seller, making the entire process seamless - and extremely fast! Geoff and his team at Zahler Properties are thoughtful, detail-oriented, and most importantly, communicative every step of the way. From the very beginning, I knew that we were up against some challenges, but Geoff reassured me that we would be able to tackle them. He was open and honest with what we were facing, but he was able to execute a plan based on what worked best for our unique situation. The entire process from listing to closing took only 14 days! I couldn't recommend Geoff and the team at Zahler Properties enough for making my experience as stress-free and successful as possible.

ZillowVERIFIED Geoff was so friendly and easy going. Worked quickly and efficiently to get the house on the market. Always was considerate of our wishes. Would absolutely refer him to others think of moving to or out of the Las Vegas area. He advised us wisely when to accept and offer and when to wait for any other offers to come in. Following his lead we ended up with a great offer nicely above the asking price. His team was great to work with also. He or a team member responded to texts, emails, or phone calls right away. Didn't have to wait a day or two to hear from one of them but they got right back within minutes or a couple of hours! Great great work guys!

ZillowVERIFIED I am a first time home owner, I can finally say thanks to Larissa her patience and understanding was impeccable. I am rather young so she made sure I had an understanding of what was happening though out the whole process. Young, moving across the country and a first time experience these obstacles didnt stop her from executing the deal. She treated me with respect and worked very hard to accommodate me.

ZillowVERIFIED Geoff and his team were fantastic to work with throughout the entire process, from initial realtor interviews to closing. Geoff impressed us with his knowledge of the local Las Vegas market by predicting short-falls with other realtors, sellers' counter offers, and knowing the speed at which certain properties would move. His responsiveness to our questions and willingness to help at all hours of the day (and night) was astonishing. We are convinced that without having his experience and expertise in our corner during this seller's market that we would still be searching for a home, or settling for something that is less than what we want.

ZillowVERIFIED We made a decision to sell our home in March. We chose Geoff Zahler to be our Real Estate Agent. Geoff came to our home to evaluate it. We discussed the possibilities and process before it was put on the market. Geoff quickly went to work; looking at the market, pulling comps, and getting our home photographed. Within the week, the house hit the market, we had an open house on that Saturday & Sunday, and by Monday evening we were looking at multiple offers, all over asking. Geoff took the time to go over all offers, and discuss all the pros & cons of them all. Ultimately, we accepted an offer. Geoff was professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly navigated through the process. He was always quick to respond to our calls, and answer our questions. He, and his assistant, Casey, were always attentive to our needs. Thank you to the Zahler Team. You guys are AWESOME!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Geoff hit it out of the park. Literally. Is there such thing as a perfect real estate agent? If so, then it's Geoff. From our first conversation, I knew I was in good hands. He took detailed notes on exactly what I was looking for in purchasing a property. As I was sifting through all the listings, Geoff professionally guided me through the process, spelling out and explaining every step. He focused exclusively on the right properties for me, weeding out units which did not meet my checklist so that we could make the process more efficient. Geoff and his team went above and beyond. He not only answered my questions, but explained the context behind how things work in the real estate market. He was personable and was understanding as I made my decision on tours and offers. Buying a house is a big step and Geoff understood that. After working with him, I truly feel that I have gained more knowledge about real estate and home buying. I appreciated how he prioritized my needs as a buyer and took the extra step to providing the human connection to helping me not just buy a house, but to find my next home. It was never about the sale, it was always about finding me the house I wanted. Even when it came down to the details, Geoff was meticulous. From managing the communications and process with the loan officers and seller's agent, Geoff made sure there were no errors and helped make the entire process move smoothly. I did not have an ounce of worry or stress. Trustable, diligent, dedicated, and thorough. Geoff is the example. Thanks again and I look forward to working with you again.

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Geoff by my favorite agent in Phoenix, AZ, and so I have her to thank for the introduction. From our first phone conversation forward, I felt confident that I had someone super knowledgeable on my side who was going to help navigate us through the challenges of finding the perfect home in a new city. Geoff was always accessible, timely, professional, and represented information as I'm sure he would to a friend. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and that gave me the time I needed to make a much better choice for my family. In the process of finding a home, I felt Geoff always kept the big picture of what I was trying to accomplish in mindaEUR"sometimes even better than me. ?? I highly recommend Zahler Properties to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Las Vegas market. -Sean

ZillowVERIFIED Geoff helped me sell my home in 2019 and he was fantastic; very knowledgable about the area, the economy, and negotiation. That was such a great experience that I called again when I was ready to buy a home this year. This time I worked with Casey, and she was fantastic! She told me all the steps to expect up front so I was fully prepared and made the process so easy - from the very first search for homes all the way to closing. She was excellent at communicating with me and very responsive whenever I had a question. When it was time to make an offer, she gave me great negotiating advice and made it happen FAST for me. I closed on my new home yesterday and I'm thrilled! Zahler Properties will definitely be my first call the next time I am ready to buy or sell in Las Vegas.
