Geoff and his team put in an amazing amount of work to not only get my apartment rented but to ensure that all of the documents were signed and keys were passed, that repairs were done, and that the tenant settled in. I had the absolute best experience working with Danielle Amico from The Aaron and Geoff Team at Compass. She was on top of every detail from start to finish, extremely responsive (astoundingly so, honestly), she advocated for us & anticipated needs before we knew to ask about them, and was an overall pleasure to work with. Shes an expert realtor, a true gem in this industry. I highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about making a transaction happen. When I found our dream home in the Upper West Side (80s/West End), I called her right away because I trusted her professionalism after enjoying working with her previously. I'm so glad I did. I knew this place was going to sell fast as it has incredible character & location and had a good asking price & it did aEUR" it had a very competitive bidding process and we had an accepted offer within 6 days of it being on the market (and there were multiple backup offers with other interested buyers). Danielle coached us through how to approach the offer, and we landed on a creative offer that was compelling to the sellers and us, which ultimately allowed us to get to a signed contract! Without that, there would never have been a transaction at all. Then once the offer was accepted, she walked us through every next step aEUR" providing references and recommendations on mortgage brokers, lawyers, inspectors, etc. She made all the paperwork & board package for us as easy as possible aEUR" creating structured Google folders to drop documents into, pulling it all together, sharing example coop letters, offering to take documents to coop lawyers offices herself personally, etc. She also helped the coop wrap up their paperwork for the lender, and really went above and beyond to make sure all loose ends were tied, all ts crossed and is dotted. Danielle is an incredible communicator, from logistics and details to managing the emotional part of home buying (which I had underestimated!). After meeting many people through this process, I can confidently say that Danielles communication skills are second to none, and thats a key ingredient that smoothed out the process as much as possible. Also she has a great team behind her, so any time we had any particularly tricky questions or situations, we could tap not only her expertise but also that of Aaron and Geoff to get more perspectives. I felt incredibly supported throughout the process, and now that we are living in our dream home I'm just so happy we made this happen and that we tapped Danielle Amico to bring it all together for us. Its really a jungle out there, so you are going to want a Danielle on your team.
