We recently bought a home in Cathedral City, CA using Geoff as our Real Estate agent. There were many bumps along the way that we encountered - and it was because of Geoff and with Geoff that we made it over and through those bumps. He was right there with us, every step of the way - doing the best he could to clear those hurdles and making it as easy as possible for us. There were times that we don't know what we would have done without him. His knowledge and help were immensely appreciated! In addition to that, he has been a great resource for finding the help that we need with regards to painters, contractors, etc. His knowledge of the area and individual contacts is continually helpful!

Geoff was such a pleasure to work with. We had contacted him several years before we actually purchased our vacation home in Palm Springs, and he was extremely helpful, supportive and respectful of our needs. The first few years we weren't ready to buy. Geoff respected that and was never pushy, but he also kept us in the loop and reached out when a good opportunity would arise. When we got more serious, he was the best tour guide we could have asked for - thinking through all of the details and asking questions we wouldn't have thought to ask.
