ZillowVERIFIED I had been looking at homes for some time, but selling my home (knowing the real estate market was changing) and buying another one scared me. Geoffrey worked with me on staging (eliminating clutter), photos and pricing. I did not want to be one of those sellers that lowered prices every other week to keep up with the housing market. Seven showings and 3 separate offers later, we received full asking price and I made a low offer on another home, waiting for a counter and the offer was accepted. Geoffrey set it up that we would close on the same day on both homes. I have to say I was a bit nervous, but knew I was in good hands with The Jablonski Group and glad to say it was a success! In the end it was a team to make it all happen and I am truly thankful.

Geoffrey Jablonski is, hands down, the best agent we have ever worked with! He was enormously helpful throughout the buying process, from identifying the right properties to negotiating the right price and managing the process. He even helped us after the sale to identify contractors to handle renovations. We were not living in Arizona when we were looking for properties, so we relied on Geoffrey to be our eyes and ears on the ground. His honest assessments helped us weed out properties that looked good on paper (or more precisely Zillow) but didnt really meet all of our criteria. Overall, dealing with Geoffrey was definitely an A+ experience.

ZillowVERIFIED I would HIGHLY recommend the Jablonski Group - regardless if you are buying your forever home or a starter home. Geoffrey is an absolute professional who has the best interest of his clients in mind. He is clearly in this business to help others and not just to close a deal. He turned me away from several bad investments, as we were a young couple with little knowledge looking for our first home. Despite the fact we did not have the biggest budget in the world and we had a lot of checkboxes we wanted met, he was able to consistently send over great properties to check out. As I write this review in my new home, I cannot give any constructive feedback to him or his team - they were all EXCELLENT. 5 Stars forsure.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I have had multiple amazing experiences with the Jablonski Real Estate Group. Weve now sold two houses through them and they brokered the deal on a brand new home. When we contacted Jessica to set up the sale of our first home, we had only had one contact with an agent of theirs at an open house when looking at another listing. We were impressed by that experience and decided to see what they were all about. Jessica came by the house and an hour later, I was sold and signed a listing agreement. They already had multiple people in mind and a week later, we accepted one of many offers. Two years later, we decided the house we then picked wasnt just perfect for us. Not once did the thought cross our mind to go with someone else. Jessica helped us with orchestrating selling one house and building a new one. Timing wasnt amazing as it meant we would need to list at a bad time, just before Christmas, and Jessica told us this, but we were impatient! We ended up with a buyer just after Christmas. Timing worked out as good as possible on the new home build. Jessica was always there to answer any questions and look over any paperwork we had and give solid advice, most importantly bring up things we hadnt considered ourselves. The entire group has always made us feel like weve been long time friends and I would recommend their services to anyone and everyone. Should we ever decide to sell this house (the wife says that will never happen!), The Jablonski group will definitely get our business again.

We DEFINITELY hit some snags in the road (not the fault of them by any means!) and Jessica talked us through every step and talked us off the cliff edge several times. We loved the very comprehensive sellers package they provide. The photos they arranged for the property were stunning, and they even arranged for aerial shots. We were on the market for only four days and had several full price offers. Their strategy and commitment to their sellers goes way beyond the call of duty, day and night. We would absolutely recommend the Jablonski team to anyone looking to sell in the valley. My one complaint about them is that we cant take them to Washington to help us buy our next farm! Our experience as sellers with them couldnt be topped. We are so grateful to have found them to sell our property.
