ZillowVERIFIED This review is overdue. I highly recommend working with Geoffrey. I was a first time Hoboken landlord in 2023. On a whim, I walked into a local real estate company to ask for assistance with renting my apartment. Geoffrey called me the same day and was at my apartment that afternoon to review the property and run comps in the area. From the start, working with Geoffrey has felt like a partnership. He's as hands on or off as you want him to be. In my case, he arranged all the viewings, met all the applicants and presented the offers fairly, as they came in. Thanks to his work, and a good rental market, I had a lease signed in a week. When it was time for the renewal, I reached back out to Geoffrey. Once again, he was quick to respond, super knowledgeable on the market changes over the past year, and walked me through the process. I will continue to work with him for all of my real estate needs.

I never leave bad reviews but I have been desperate to find an apartment and its agents like him that make the search all the more difficult.

It was a bit of a drive from where he was located, but he had no problem with traveling our way many, many times to show us properties, until we found exactly what we were looking for. ZillowVERIFIED Was looking for apartments on Zillow when I stumbled upon 52 Orchard St. contacted Geoffrey via text and responded immediately (great). I wanted to schedule a tour for the said apartment to see how it is, even though they provided a picture and a virtual tour (that does not work) and to see how big it was. When asked for a tour and noticing that my move out date was in May (of course I can always move the date earlier if I liked the place) was denied. Said he does not have time to show the apartment for anyone who cant sign for it. Obviously before I sign something, I wanted to see if the place was for me and if I like it. Very unprofessional, if this was the case, then include it in the bio or description of the apartment. I do not recommend.
