On a whim, I walked into a local real estate company to ask for assistance with renting my apartment. Geoffrey called me the same day and was at my apartment that afternoon to review the property and run comps in the area. From the start, working with Geoffrey has felt like a partnership. He's as hands on or off as you want him to be. In my case, he arranged all the viewings, met all the applicants and presented the offers fairly, as they came in.
