ZillowVERIFIED Working with Geoffrey was a great experience. He is honest, knowledgeable, and always had my best interests in mind. No matter how many questions I had or when I called, he always took the time to answer, explain everything clearly, and make sure I had all the information I needed. Throughout the entire process, Geoffrey always made sure I felt comfortable with every decision. I could genuinely tell that he cared about me and wanted me to make the right choice. Whenever I had a concern, Geoffrey responded quickly and helped me verify any information I needed so I could make informed decisions with confidence. Geoffrey also has a great team behind him. Everyone was responsive, organized, and kept the process moving smoothly from start to finish. Looking back, I'm honestly not sure I could have gone through this process without a realtor like Geoffrey. I'm very grateful to have had him on my side, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who is honest, dedicated, and truly cares about his clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Unique Top-Notch Real Estate Agent! We have bought and sold numerous properties during the past 30 years and Geoffrey Cook was the best agent weve worked with. We were looking for someone who was professional, had knowledge of the industry, and would have our best interests. Weve interviewed a few agents and after our first conversation with Geoffrey, there was absolutely no doubt in my mind we had found someone unique and committed full-time to the business. Geoffrey is absolutely wonderful to work with. His knowledge and experience is why we selected him as our real estate agent. His positive attitude and confidence is inspiring. We were impressed with his negotiation skills and hard work. What truly set Geoffrey apart is his kindness and patience. He took the time to really listen to our wants and needs, and he provided practical solutions that put our mind at ease. Geoffrey is an agent you can trust and we strongly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Geoffrey and Meaghan were amazing to work with and so very patient with us both before the sale, during and after. They both understood that this was a big move for us and went the extra mile to reduce our stress level. They were able to handle any problems that came up easily and always took it upon themselves to correct the problem instead of making us come up with a solution. They were both there for us immediately if we had a question or concern, they always took the time to explain everything in terms we understood and they were always gracious and kind.

ZillowVERIFIED Geoff has helped me buy our home, and now an investment rental property on Maui. He is the best, bar none! Expert local knowledge of the market, easy to work with, willing to go to bat for us in negotiations, and tracking the whole transaction through escrow and closing and whatever bumps arise along the way. And not to mention he is a great, family guy with a beautiful family, and his wife Ronner pitches in like a pro as well. I HIGHLY recommend Geoff if you want to be happy and successful! Enjoy

ZillowVERIFIED We sold! This is our second time working with Geoff. The team has now expanded to include Evelyn Jaramillo. Once again, we are impressed by the level of expertise brought to the table. These folks are talented, motivated, and a pleasure to work with. In addition to all the work, two details impressed us. First, Geoff broke his foot right after we started working. Within a week, he was at our house with cast and crutches to help direct the photographer. I saw him bunny-hop up the stairs to give advice on photos and video that made our house sparkle. Second, in addition to the listing media, Evelyn made a YouTube video showcasing the property. Mixed in were clips of her interviewing our white dog, who blinked uncertainly at the camera. It was effective and hilarious. We had many questions throughout the selling process and they were always prompt and helpful. Thanks, Team Cook!

ZillowVERIFIED Geoffrey Cooks team was extremely helpful in getting us our condo on Maui. We worked primarily with Evelyn Jaramillo, who was diligent and hardworking throughout the process. They answered all our questions and through videos and face times (during a pandemic) made our purchase seamless even though we were off island. Thank you for such wonderful service.

ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely the best! Not enough space to sing him praises. Definitely the number one agent on island! His extreme professionalism and responsiveness are his strengths. No matter the budget or preference, he will work closely to identify clients needs and meet those needs. He also puts the clients first which is amazing. I know first hand because I was so eager to own/move I wanted to approve closing even before obtaining the result of the land survey. However, he said it is in my best interest to wait and be able to review the land survey to make sure all is well. If I could give him 6 stars I would because of his honesty, work ethics, responsiveness and reliability. All attributes everyone is needing in a realtor hes got. He has an amazing team and together they will help make your dream of home ownership come true.

ZillowVERIFIED Geoff is definitely a 5-star agent. He goes above and beyond the call for us every time we employ him. We've bought two houses and sold one with Geoff, and he is just the perfect fit for us. We know that he'll tell us everything we need to know in order to make an informed decision, whether we're buying or selling, and his knowledge of homes and the market always impresses us! We love Geoff, and we would recommend him to anyone in the market to buy or sell their next home/property. I don't know what we would have done without him over the past 9 months...yes, it has been that long of a journey with him at our side, and he has always remained upbeat and ready to serve. He puts people over money/sales. That is something I am quite certain of. 5 stars!

ZillowVERIFIED Geoff is the best, hands down. This review is long overdue, as Geoff helped us to find our beautiful new home in Kula in August of 2020, last year. I first met Geoff when beginning to explore properties on island in December 2018. From the get go, he was lively, professional, and engaged, without being pushy or hurried in the least. He let me take my time getting to know and explore the market as we considered a move from California. He understood this was a big deal, and focused on cultivating our relationship, with no expectations of a final outcome. We toured multiple properties with him on multiple occasions, spread out over a nearly two year period, including with some of his partners and associates, who were also lovely. All of this culminated in us finding a dream property and home that met all the needs of our little family. With Geoff's support in negotiating and property assessment, we were able to have a very clear sense of the state of the property, its benefits and limitations, as well as the current state of the market, which was especially topsy-turvy due to all the changes taking place with COVID. We made an offer well below asking and ended up finalizing our purchase at a fantastic price that saved us money for desired renovations. Geoff is also a family person who manages a local school volleyball team, has three daughters, and works alongside his wonderful wife. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Geoffrey is the best agent ever! He is smart, a great communicator, honest, has great problem-solving skills, and is always available for his clients. He was always 100% on our side. He has a fun and kind personality while being a very skilled professional. I can tell he truly enjoys helping people, which makes him genuine in his dealings and a trusted advocate for his clients. Purchasing our home virtually, we relied on Geoffrey to be our eyes and ears. We worked with Geoffrey virtually for about 6 months before purchasing. In that time, he patiently toured multiple properties for us, discouraged us from pursuing the most expensive house we considered, gracefully guided us out of a problematic escrow, and utilized his well-deserved great reputation with other agents and smart strategies to get our offers accepted in two multiple bid situations. Being that it is close to Thanksgiving, we are very thankful for Geoffrey!

ZillowVERIFIED Geoffrey is an incredibly knowledgable and responsive agent. He helped us every step of the way and went above and beyond for us. We were a little skeptical about buying a condo on Maui while being located on the main land and not being able to "see it with our own eyes" but Geoff was our eyes and attended all walkthroughs and was very thorough and responsive. We would definitely recommend Geoffrey Cook to anyone looking to purchase real estate on Maui.

ZillowVERIFIED Geoffrey Cook is the best!!!! He is professional, personable, and treated us like family. He got us a highly desired home at a great price! He was also very knowledgeable on each of the other homes he showed us, as if they were his own. Just to name a few, he could walk through a home tell us what the flooring, countertops, and roof were made out of, and its positives (and/or negatives). He also pointed out parts of the homes that may need fixing and solutions. We asked to see many homes and he was always excited to show us each one. He also made himself available to show us homes whenever we wanted. Geoffrey even informed us of homes he thought we would be interested in. He responded very quickly to all our questions. Also, once our house was in escrow he made sure we got all our documents taken care of; he made it seem so easy! Geoffrey Is great to work with. He got us our dream home! Definitely recommend Geoffrey Cook!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of working with Geoffrey for my recent dream home purchase in Kula. I'm a traveling physician and I have been looking at homes in many different areas of country but ultmately decided to buy a home on Maui. I've met and worked with several realtors both on the mainland and in Maui. I can say, without a doubt, that Geoffrey is the best of the best! He is the most knowledgeable, reliable, and personable realtor I have come across. I wish I could have worked with him on the mainland as well! Geoffrey was able to intelligently answer just about any question I threw at him. He is also a brilliant strategist who will guide you thru the negotiation process with sound advice that is essential for making smart decisions in this ultra competitive market. He is very patient and showed me the best properties that fit my criteria. I would highly recommend Geoffrey. In fact, I recently recommended him to a good friend who has already bought her dream condo with him. If youre looking for someone who has unparalleled knowledge of the area, the market, is quick to respond, and will help you avoid all of the pitfalls, Geoff is your realtor!
