He never forced or felt like I was wasting his time after countless emails, listing and showings. He was client centered and got my vision to bring it to life, for the home of my desire. He has good communication skills and was always reliable and available to help answer questions. He guided me through the process step by step, from putting in an offer to closing, where he was present. We closed basically on the set date with no hassle. He has a good resource systems of great banks options that highly respects him to a list on contractors. Upon closing his company gave me a courtesy call providing me with a list of utilities from cable to security system connecting me directly with these resources with appointment dates for installation that made my transfer of utilities super easy. Geo is very professional at the same time becomes like family. I plan to do future business with Geo Bia who now has become "My Home Boy".
