He was very understanding of our needs throughout the process and very accommodating in terms of scheduling/availability especially during the blitz of the competitive seller's market during the early 2021. Geo was also very helpful/understanding with assisting with our toddler who could be distracting during viewings when she accompanied us. I also had very particular fears from prior home purchases, and Geo, was very sympathetic and would help keep an eye and pre-scan for those key factors like drainage/flooded issues in basements and general signs of water damage. Geo, who happens to be much taller than me, was very helpful in spot checking certain areas where I was concerned about potential damage and were out of my reach. Throughout the process he effectively became our partner in the search for our next home, and coached us in how to make offers attractive and sharing any insights he felt would be helpful. It was all invaluable among the stress of trying to buy in a seller's market and dealing with constant disappointment from getting outbid.
