ZillowVERIFIEDGenevieve helped me sell a home in the past and this time, to purchase. She is knowledgeable, professional and goes beyond what is expected in assisting with the entire process. She even offered contractors and movers contact information, only when I asked. She helped me to feel less stressed about the negotiating and the transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Genevieve is amazing, we bought our first home and our experience with her was amazing. She is very knowledgeable, honest and very fast to respond and take action. The process itself was really stressful but she really made sure everything went smooth. I highly recommend her if you are looking for an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Knowledgeable , capable and connected with a great work ethic and the ability to do an as is sale with a very low hassle factor.Available , responsive , and realistic about all of the factors involved in the sale , quick and easy document processing with her support staff . This was a huge contrast to a few others I have encountered in the course of selling real estate that have less of a game plan , and contacts , that result in simply suggestions all over the map and hoping for chance to work in their favor .

ZillowVERIFIED Genevieve was a delight to work with every step of the way!!! She's an excellent realtor, friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with and staged our house beautifully! She answered all questions (there were many on our end) and made numerous valuable suggestions. We've sold other homes in the past with other agents but Genevieve is the first agent who has the added bonus of being able to stage the client's house. Genevieve also works with contractors which made it easier for the renovations to be done in a timely manner. Win, win! We highly recommend Genevieve!

ZillowVERIFIED Genevieve was one of the hardest working agents I've ever met. She goes way beyond what is expected. And she knows what to do to make a property attractive to buyers. The first time we tried selling our house (for 3 months) the offers we received were far below our asking price. After we followed Genevieve's advice we had it on the market for 6 days before we had an acceptable offer. She is easy to work with, and has an impressive track record. When you meet her you will understand why she has achieved this distinction.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the third time Genevieve has helped us with home buying/selling. She is high energy and does not leave one stone unturned. She brings in her own staging items to ensure you will get the most you can for your home. She follows up with every lead and holds open houses willingly and often. If Genevieve helps you purchase or sell a home, you will not be disappointed. You can't find anyone who approaches the job more professionally and with more enthusiasm. THANK YOU GENEVIEVE!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with many real estate agents over the years and Genevieve is by far the best, most professional, most helpful agent I have ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Villages in the Memorial area of Houston, TX. If you are in the market to purchase a house in that area I would highly recommend Genevieve. She is a great buying agent. Genevieve will look out for your interest and most importantly, she is very patient.

ZillowVERIFIED Genevieve is an excellent realtor. She will go above and beyond to help you sell or lease your house. My house was a mess after my tenant moved out. Genevieve work with my contractor when I'm out of town. She also went with me to shop for tiles, lighting, what ever it takes to get my house on the market pretty quickly.

ZillowVERIFIED We cannot recommend Genevieve enough! As first time homebuyers, we didn't know the first thing about purchasing a home, but Genevieve walked us through it step by step and made the whole process fun and easy! Genevieve has an electric personality that draws people to her. She is so kind, understanding, and easy to talk to. She understood our vision for what we wanted and was full of great suggestions about where to look and what to look for. She is very knowledgeable of Houston and the housing market. She knows how to find a good deal. She recommended a great lending company that we are really happy with. Once we found the perfect house, she helped us make a competitive offer - which was accepted! She then helped us find inspectors and draft up all negotiations. We've loved every inspection, repair company, or utility company that she has recommended. We could not have done this without her! We are so excited to have our first house!

ZillowVERIFIED We hired Genevieve Rowland to sell our house in west Houston. When you hire Genevieve, it is just like you are hiring a member of the family. She works just as hard for you as she would her family. Genevieve gave us fantastic advice on what improvements to make prior to listing and staged our home perfectly. Upon discussing our needs, she went to work and progressively followed up with buyer's agents and worked the best deal for us. She promptly kept us informed as to the progress of home sale and always expertly guided us through the steps all the way to signing day. Her knowledge and consideration for both seller and buyer is unmatched. This was the best home selling experience we have had in 30 years of buying and selling a home. Genevieve IS like having a realtor professional in the family. I would not hesitate to recommend Genevieve to anyone. A million THANKS Genevieve for everything.

ZillowVERIFIED Genevieve was the 2nd realtor on our recent house sale. We had fired the previous realtor for non-responsiveness. From the start we could tell she would be very attentive. Even during her initial walk-through through our home she took her time, focusing on each room at a time and offering suggestions for improvements. We'd met with 3 other realtors that morning and none of them took the time that Genevieve did. Once we hired her, she and her assistant, Melanie, provided excellent service. Every time we had an offer, she helped us make a valid assessment of it. I could tell she was doing things behind the scenes to make sure the offer itself was valid and that the potential buyer was solid. When we finally had a solid buyer under contract, Genevieve continued to provide excellent service and communication through closing. She is excellent!

ZillowVERIFIED I was recommended Genevieve by a friend, due to her professional prowess and skill at negotiating the real estate landscape. As a new prospective home buyer, with 0 experience she communicated with me very well, answering all questions I had; her goal was to find me the house she knew I would love, never trivializing my concerns or overlooking any of my preferences. I got a great deal on my new home with Genevieves guidance, with very few hiccups along the way. Genevieve guided me through the entire process with a steady, experienced hand, and allowed me to get a fantastic deal and even gave me plenty of references for other professionals along the way (including my inspection & lender, who were also amazing)! I will recommend Genevieve in the future to all who I think may need a real estate professional. Genevieve and her assistant Melanie are a great team! Thank you both for all the hard work you put into my home buying venture.

ZillowVERIFIED Genevieve is beyond a full service realtor. She is a super concierge executive service realtor. She is willing to work hard for buyers and sellers. She's sweet and a masterful negotiator--for either side. For example, she laid sod to make a house look good prior to photographing it. She also removed a possum from a house. She worked with our buyer very closely to answer all questions. This is definitely beyond FULL SERVICE!Thank you thank you thank you Genevieve!

ZillowVERIFIED Even though we had researched the area thoroughly, Genevieve's intimate knowledge of Memorial and the Villages was instrumental in helping us find just the right townhouse for our daughter. She had great recommendations on inspectors and provided us good advice on negotiations. Genevieve also helped guide us through a hasty close to accommodate the seller's request. We highly recommend Genevieve.
