Genesis is the most caring and helpful realtor we have worked with. She was there for us at every step of the process in selling our home. The knowledge and experience she brought to our situation made everything work out for the very best. Always available for any questions we had and always on time or early for any scheduled meetings. I wholeheartedly recommend Genesis and Jake for any real estate needs anyone may have. Thank you, Genesis!

Genesis is always available to answer our questions, give advice or show us a house. She is very professional and polite and she helped us get into our dream home even in the toughest times of 2020. We would and have recommended Genesis to all of our friends and family and will use her in the future for sure!

Genesis king is a wonderful relator. She was very personable and knowledgeable. She found the perfect home for my brother and was very patient during the process. She helped make a lifetime decision, that is usually considered super stressful, very exciting and easy. I will recommend her to any friends or family who are in need of amazing real estate agent.

Unfortunately this agent forgot about our appointment so we waited for her at the property. That wouldnt have been a big problem, but she did not coordinate the visit with an active tenant, so after waiting at the house we were not allowed to see it after all. My husband and I had taken off of work for the appointment which was made a week prior. The next day she informed us that the house went under contract the same night after our unfortunate meeting at the property. She did not contact us so that we could make a counter-offer. It was a big waste of time and effort. We were very disappointed. To her credit, she was polite and seemed like a very pleasant person.
